May 2020. Lagrange Park. We have an old house that is cooled with a unit in the attic called a Space Pack. With the first real heat of the season recently, we turned on the AC and noticed that it was not able to cool the house at all. Based on other good reviews, I called JC and the owner Jerry immediately emailed me back - on Memorial Day! - and we arranged an appointment. Jerry arrived on time. He noted several possibilities for the problem but stated that we should start with the most obvious - the system didn't have enough coolant. He said that if we filled it with coolant and it STILL had problems, then we'd consider the (more expensive) possibilities. I appreciated this step-wise approach, and it was clear that he was not out for a fast buck, but a long-time customer. So far, the simple filling of coolant has worked and our house is nice and cool! If it turns out to be something larger, I had Jerry quote me on those future fixes which he provided to me within an hour of leaving. I recommend JC Heating & Cooling.

I have been with JC Heating and Cooling for several years. I can only give them the highest marks on all counts. Having had 2 pervious companies JC is far superior compared to the other two. They are very fair and trustworthy. I can not say enough positive things about them...which is so nice especially these days!

JC Heating and Cooling was on time, clean, and professional. They replaced an ac and heating unit for us and everything went smoothly! They came in thousands of dollars less than Four Season Heating and Cooling on a very small/basic system. Hire local! Highly recommend JC!

JC was thoroughly professional from estimate till final testing of units. If you are interested in a split ac/heating system, these are the guys to call. Every question was answered throughout the day as they were installing said system. All three technicians were very personable and knowledgeable about the system .

Great company! My a/c unit recently broke, and I was out of options. I've reached out to couple companies but since it was Saturday no one but JC was available. Their 24/7 customer service rocks! The technician showed up within 2 hours and was able to fix my unit for a very affordable price. Thank you!

We have used JC Heating for 2 large HVAC projects. In both cases they provided perfect solutions to our needs. The guys that came to do the work were extremely professional and worked very fast. We have no need to call any other AC company.
