Ajax Heating and Air Conditioning

My heat wasn't working, I called And they sent someone right away. They were very Knowledgeable and what was going on with my problem and they were back within the hour to fix it . I would recommend them to anybody they're very good service . They gave me great service and They were Polite and informative,showing that they cared and got the Job done fast I would recommend them to anybody they're very good company. The person that dealt with me was named Nicholas and I would highly recommend them to anybody else I know.

Came out from Illinois to do home warranty work, had the problem diagnosed and fixed in under an hour. Great service!

Installed an a/c unit that was too small for my house didn't replace the evap cool, then wasted 6 weeks of my time troubleshooting and trying to convince me that I wasn't seeing what I was seeing. Charged my insurance company almost $5000 for wasting my time. House still won't cool bellow 80 degrees then left me hanging, then lied to my insurance company, blaming their miscalculation on my house. Actually had the nerve to tell me to get more money out of the insurance company, and they'll fix the problem. This was one of the MOST DECEITFUL Contractor I've encountered. Smile in your face, and smooth talk you, while robbing you. And NEVER PROVIDED RECEIPTS FOR THEIR WORK, Though I've asked 3 Times. Beware, I don't blame the Workers, who were polite , but the owner!

The Service tech George did an awesome job finding the issue!!! Only took him about 5 minutes to figure it out!

My A/C went out on the hottest day of the year and they came through for me quick. They provided the necessary repairs for my air conditioning at a reasonable price. They will not try to rip you off.... I promise you! I am a member of the board here at my condominium and work with plenty of vendors, this company was very professional and guarantee their work. Good job in installing the new air conditioning unit in time for the coming hot days of the week! Price is right, technicians are respectful and patient, they cleaned the area after installing, and made sure that the unit is working properly before leaving. Highly recommend the company for heating and cooling services.

We have not had very good performance for the AC unit installed. They have come out repeatedly to work on it. We liked our old one but decided to replace all three (furnace, water heater, and AC unit at the same time). We may be an anomoly and maybe it's the house, but I would not ethusiastically recommend this company (posted 1.75 years after installation after continued frustrations)

J.c is wonderful! He came out to my home and was super clear and direct about what he was doing . He knew I had been jerked around by the property management in my community. As soon as J.C was put on the job all my worries were at ease. He fixed everything as my A.C is top notch. J.c is trustworthy and reliable. I can't say enough good things!

My air conditioner was on its last leg. I called and met Randy. He is a great guy. He was really easy to talk to and has a heart of gold. He and his crew got right to work. It did not take all day and the new unit was up and running in no time. Everyone was was friendly and very professional. It was a really great experience. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their services.

A recent flood in my home ruined our old furnace.
Not knowing much about heating and Air conditioning, we did a Google search for a local shop. We had a few company's come out and give us a quote. with knowing from past experience cheaper's never better.

After meeting the owner of Ajax,we decided we would take a chance on a newer company.
Not only did he beat all our other quotes.....we were informed of upgrade options that not only will give us a more efficient unit but a rebate from the government as too, none of the other company's even mentioned A 90% efficient replacement for the older 80% we had.

Honest,Informative,fair priced,the installer left my basement cleaner than when he got there.
couldn't have made a better choice. Thanks guys.
