Ajax Heating and Air Conditioning

My hot water tank went out and AJAX sent Bill and his partner out to look into it. After assessing the situation they returned the next day and had every thing up and running in less than an hour. Really cool, normal guys. They are not looking to up sell anyone or take advantage of people like other companies that do what they do. JC (the boss) came by also the day of the repair to make sure all went smoothly and collect the payment. He was very genuine in saying his team gets pleasure out of helping people out and I believe that. They will be my only call moving forward if I am in need of repair work again.

This company replaced 3 boilers in our apartment building in Brookfield. They were honest, prices were competitive, got on the job quickly, and didn't leave until the work was done. This was very important especially since the boilers were replaced just before winter. I recommend Ajax to anyone who needs this type of work done.

Our heat went out one of the coldest days of the year!!! JC came out and got us a new furnace put in and it was very quick, he got the unit installed and cleaned up his mess right away!! Staff he has was also friendly and reliable. Will definitely call him and recommend AJAX!!

My heating went out and they sent a repairman out immediately and he detected an error that the previous company had caused. He contacted the company himself to explain the problem and to have them come back and to repair the damage. He did an amazing service. I would recommend this company to all of my family and friends, Bill and J.C. make sure they customers are well taken care of and make the customer their number one priority. Excellent Service!!!!

They promised providing the best service in the industry. They had my money in their hands close to a month to change my boiler to a new one that they said was needed and they suddenly decided they could not do the job after 4-5 weeks of persuading me i needed a new boiler. In the meantime water from the radiators is pouring over my floor destroying it. They removed some of the knobs from my radiators without asking, stating they needeed to match them up and will bring them back. When they broke the contract on the new boiler, then no one could answer about the whereabouts of the knobs. A few weeks ago they wanted to charge me $80.00 to bring the knobs back to me. This is something they have removed on their own wirhout asking permission but with just a certainty of a promise that they provide a way better service than their competitors. This is a total lie. Nothing so far from the truth. I will never hire them again. If you need any service you will not get it from them. They do not keep their promise just sweet talk and that can't fix your plumbing problem, can it?

JC, Tim and John were Awesome! I just had my Central air conditioning installed and they were all very pleasant and polite to work with. I highly recommend them! Thanks for getting this done so quickly!

My central air ( 12 years old) went out yesterday and I found Ajax on google. JC came out within the hour and instead of trying to sell me a new unit he was honest and diagnosed the problem as a bad fuse and charged me only for the service call and the part. A total of $95. I am 100% happy with my service !

I had my 19 year old air conditioner and furnace replaced by Ajax. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The business owner JC came out and quoted a very fair price on both units and Jose the installer did a excellent job putting them in. Perfect all the way !!
