Came out as soon as I called for an estimate on a new furnace. Decided to go with Costco because of their extended warranty.

The technicians are always ready to answer any questions you have about your system. I had Michal Prochowski come this time and he made sure I understood what he was doing.

Michael the a/c tech stated he could change the capacitor and the contractors for $980. He didn’t state any of that in the invoice. In the invoice he stated to replace the unit!

We were told by another company that we needed the heat exchanger replaced or we needed an entirely new unit. We’ve had other issues with this company so we decided to give JC a call for a second opinion. Our technician was Michael Prochowski. After explaining our issue to Micheal, he was very thorough with his inspection. He ran multiple tests and scoped the heat exchanger with a camera concluding that we do not need to replace the heat exchanger or unit. He was very honest and recommended we continue yearly maintenance and did suggest we start budgeting for a new unit as the current is 12 years.

We had a great experience using JC and will be using them for all maintenance and repairs in the future.

The technician was very helpful in explaining to us what he is doing and also gave us a feedback before leaving.
