My daughter recently had JC Heating install a new furnace and humidifier in her home. They arrived on time and completed the work in a professional manner. The personnel were cordial and expert. They answered all of our questions, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The price was very competitive and proved to be a good value. I would not hesitate to use them again and can recommend them without hesitation.

Our HVAC system was not properly cycling in "auto" setting. A service tech was out the next day to help diagnose the system. We confirmed that the PC board was malfunctioning, and that the cost of replacement exceeded the residual value of the older unit. We agreed on the installation of a new, high efficiency unit. Negotiations on price went smoothly and were more than fair. The installation team was out within a few days. The installation went flawlessly. They even diagnosed the likely cause of the PC board malfunction in the prior unit. This was corrected during the installation. Routing of the new HVAC vent lines, and new humidifier drain lines were well thought out and very well executed. The two-man installation crew removed the old system, cleaned up all debris and finished in the time they promised. They even spent extra time answering question on the system as well as the new thermostat. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked, and would bring them back without hesitation for any future work.

Very disappointed with our service. Recently did a tune up with our furnace and paid a little over $400. We found out parts they “replaced” were actually just replaced the previous year and were still in fine condition. Our furnace was working prior to the visit and 3 days after stopped. We were told in order for them to come out we would have to pay another $100+ for them to look at it unless they decided the problem wasn’t the parts they repaired. Very disappointed in the amount we paid/ service we received. Even if they had determined something else was wrong with the furnace we would have gladly continued business with them, but to be told that we are going to be charged another $100+ just to look at the furnace they had just seen 3 days prior that they were supposed to inspect to make sure it was working properly? Just very disappointed.
In addition to the above: we just had another company come to fix our furnace and they said our furnace was filthy, so all that money we spent for a cleaning/tune up was a waste.

I have worked with JC Heating for over 10 years, they have installed our new air conditioner, water heater and furnace, as well as doing all the service on each of these items. We have always had great service and fair pricing, but the best experience was the recent installation of our furnace. Krzysztof Bryja, one their technicians, went above and beyond the call of duty helping us pick out a new unit and then coming back twice to fix a squeaking noise with the new blower motor. He was very helpful and courteous and we consider him to be one of the best.
Also, we have recommended JC Heating & Cooling to 4 of our neighbors and all have praised their performance and expertise. Great company!
