They listened and worked to get things done as quickly as they could.Our heat went out in the middle of the night on a very cold Friday. After our 4+ calls to a company we had previously used, (Heat Engineering) went unanswered, we call JC Heating and Cooling. A service technician was out on Saturday morning. He talked to my husband about the furnace as he worked, and when he had to go deeper inside, it was easy to see that the furnace with done! We were able to get a new furnace from JC Heating and Cooling installed on Monday at 8:00. It was all done quickly and we had heat by Monday at 1:00. The men who did the installation were very neat. They removed all the old stuff and I think the area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Very impressed!

Except for our quiet, new hvac systems (two new furnaces and condensers), there isn’t a trace that they worked 2 1/2 days in our home. Definitely would recommend them.

Woke up to a broken furnace and freezing cold house. Called JC and they were at my home within 3 hours (on a Sunday!) to fix everything. Very nice and knowledgeable service professional. Excellent service. Will certainly use them again.

I needed to replace a ceiling furnace that was very difficult to access. Jerry figured out a way to relocate the new furnace in a way that minimized the space utilized. It was done in a very professional manner. They also assumed my annual maintenance earlier this year and alerted me to issues that my previous provider had not. They are very thorough.

Chris took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and gave me all the info I needed to make a plan for my aging HVAC equipment. He even tackled a few duct issues on-the-spot. If you just moved into a house and are looking for a good place to start, JC H&C are the people to call.
