I have used Jerry from JC Heating and Cooling for my radiant heating system. I have a 60 year old copper in ceiling radiant and new Warmboard in floor radiant and Jerry and his guys have been able to work on both. After a lot of remodeling they re routed, added a humidifier, switch my garage to glycol re-tied sections together, really everything. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, good work force. I would recommend him and the company without question!

Chris was our tech, he arrived at the start of the expected time, was professional, timely with the diagnostics, handled our home warranty service exceptionally and provided excellent service. Plus, they are ahead of the times with scheduling online, receipts online... all incredibly timely. I know this because here I am with all receipts, information and a service review link less than 30 minutes from work completion. Superb...

I called JC Heating this summer to look at my 25-year old air conditioner that wasn't functioning properly. JC Heating --as another HVAC company said-- that the unit was at the end of its life and I had them install a new unit. The two fellow who installed the unit were hard workers and I was extremely please with the install. They are now maintaining both my furnace and ac, and this was the first time they came for the furnace. They did a great job, answered questions I had and provided information I inquired about. Highly recommend them.

The company was well educated and very hardworking. All employees were respectful and polite. They worked extremely quickly to get our AC repaired earlier than expected. They took the time to answer all my questions and were very responsive over email/phone. Highly recommended.

6:00 PM On the night of the superbowl. The temperature outside had dropped to 17 degrees. I, being a fool, didn't replace my furnace filter as I had put it off which caused my furnace to overheat.

JC had a guy out within 30 minutes to my house and got the heat working within as much time. I was so thankful for them coming out on a sunday night, during a busy time, and helping my family. They have earned my business going forward.

Service tech was thorough & friendly, answering my questions readily.

Aug. 2022. Mike came over to service my boiler. As usual, he was prompt, very professional and did an excellent and thorough job. I really appreciate how good he is.

June 2020. I highly recommend Jerry and his team. We have a hundred year old house in LaGrange with a two 20 year old Unico AC systems that needed replacement. Jerry did a thorough analysis of our house and recommended a higher tonnage unit in the attic and adding 6 additional outlets on the 2d floor. Before he did this, our 2d floor would not be cool if the temperature exceeded 90 degrees.

Jerry replaced both compressors and installed a new Unico system in the attic and one in the basement. The unit was a ECM Variable Unico - 17 Seer Modulating AC. It took 4 days as there was a lot of work involved.

Today was 90 degrees and our house was very cool. During the installation, Jerry's team was very courteous, showed up on time every day, and cleaned up every day. They also answered all my questions. I highly recommend Jerry and his team. Bruce Strohm

We added central air conditioning to our 100 year old home. It was a big project and after interviewing many contractors and getting multiple bids, we decided to hire Jerry and his team. Not only was his pricing the best out of four competing bids, he was by far the most forthright, professional and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered in great detail and he really listened to our concerns. The project was slated to take a week. The team at JC arrived on time every morning and left the house tidy every evening. Their work is top-notch, really a super clean install. We are now living in total comfort!
