When our church sewer backed up, finding a contractor to respond quickly to our emergency was difficult. Finally we found RJ Herra who responded immediately. They came out and scoped and rodded out a blockage. The guys told us then that we had some major problems in our old tile system. After a couple more emergency calls that they quickly responded to, they came up with a plan to repair the system with limited digging and minor disruption. Thanks to RJ Herra they replaced the bad tile and used a liner system on the good tile to the street. The process was affordable for the size of job and the sewer system is running great!

Michael was absolutely great today he came in and did a maintenance on my air conditioning and also helped me with a problem with my water softener. The whole company from start to finish was wonderful. Boolong my appointment was easy everyone was friendly and the text messages to let me know who my technician was, and when they were coming was especially helpful. I cannot recommend them enough as they have been doing work on our house for four years now and we will stay with them as long as they will have us

He is very professional and always honest about when work is truly necessary. He always arrives on time and is super helpful. He even changed some light bulbs for me because I could not reach them! He is a super nice person and I plan on using him always.

Heidi in the office is also very pleasant to work with. Thumbs up for this company. They are not necessarily the cheapest but their prices are fair and they go out of the way to help seniors when they can.

The installation team, John and Ben, were fantastic. Very professional, they took their time with everything and did a long day's work installing my new furnace and heat pump system. The system works perfectly with no issues. I appreciated how careful they were with the installation. Even after a 10-hour day, once the system was up and running they took time to make sure I understood all the details of how the system works and to answer any questions I had. They were never rushed. I am very happy with the installation and will definitely use J&R Herra for all my future HVAC and plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

The J&R Herra crew came back to get my heat pump up and running for summer. They were really thorough and checked every possible configuration. They spent an entire 2 hours just making sure everything was working properly. They also took time to explain to me what they were checking. Excellent service!

Fantastic service from start to finish! We had J&R Herra come out originally because our separate heat pump on our HVAC system was not producing heat back in February. We only use this on super cold days to get the chill out.
Jesus came out promptly to check on the issue. We had to wait until it got a bit warmer outside for him to come back because he needed to check for a leak in the system. As soon as the weather got warmer someone from their office called us to get the leak check scheduled. Unfortunately there was a leak but that explained the issue we had. We would not have had any cool air either when the temps go up because a lot of the refrigerant had leaked out.
Jesus returned after the part arrived (evaporator coil) and worked well past dark to get everything up and running. He was very polite and explained everything in simple terms. He also asked us to test everything later and to call if there are any issues.
