Jesus is very thorough and explains the process and equipment so we understand what work is done and may need to be done. He will explain red flags that may necessitate future repairs. Always outstanding service. Techs who let us know when they are on their way and take the time to explain the services they are performing. Never try to talk you into work that is not necessary. After having many HVAC companies over the years, Herra is our only choice.

Jeff was absolutely amazing, we had a nightmare of not being able to use any of our drinks and toilets due to our septic being backed up. We initially thought it was a busted pipe or something on the first floor from our toilet. But he was straight to find the solution and find it out septic was clogged with Clorox wipes. They came out the same day and worth the value to complete the job professionally.
