I sure miss Orange. Perfect Home Service - BEWARE. They are scammers. My heat quit working (AC was working fine) - they came out - bad controller board. New board came in - a different tech comes out to install it. Heat was fixed - but eh AC was now not working. Tech stated I had a bad wi-fi thermostat. hmm - what are the odds. He then tries to sell me 1 of their w-fi thermostats. $700. Insanity. I get on Amazon and order a new 1 - $99. Install it - same thing: heat works and no AC. I have another company come out - he finds the issue in less than 5 minutes. The new controller board was not wired correctly. BEWARE of Perfect Home Service. I fill out their survey - they call me the same day. I explain the situation - they said they would refund me the $$$ I spent on the new thermostat. That was 6 weeks ago. Not a word. I have chalked it up as a loss. DO NOT use this company.

We LOVED Orange... Perfect Home Service, who bought them out doesn't even come close, BAD Experience!

Called to get a quote and was told the process would be 60-90 minutes. Sales guy showed up laying on his tacky sales approach like a used car salesman for an hour. He presented us numbers that came in $2,500 more than another quote we had got for lesser equipment. When we told him we'd like to think it over and compare it to the other quotes, he didn't like that. Literally like flipping a switch, closed his computer and said have a nice day! Wanted to close the deal then and there, clearly in it for the commission... I will NEVER use this company and I will NEVER refer this company. We called thinking we were getting Orange Home Services, come to find out Perfect Home bought them out. There are plenty of other options... find another one!

From the very start I new I was in good hands. We had an emergency situation with out furnace in our home due to flooding from a broken water supply line from our main level to our basement. When I called frantic, I was greeted by an extremely empathetic, calming, and caring receptionist. A repairmen was sent to our home and arrived quickly. The repair person was courteous, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issues quickly and had everything in his van to repair items that were needed. I was impressed by the preparedness and honesty. Often feel like contractors take advantage of these situations and this was certainly not the case as we were put at ease. The price was super fair especially for an emergency response. Jim and Cindy the owners followed up with us afterwards and took a good amount of time responding to a few questions we had. 5 stars all around, massively recommended!!!!

I gave an extra star because they were very nice. Orange Home was bought by another air conditioner company. They quoted us $5000 just to fix our air conditioner and tried to sell us a new one for $10,000-12,000. Very sale-sy approach. We got a hold of our original air conditioner guys and they fixed it for $165 and said that even though our air conditioner is old, it still has a lot of life in it. They suggested we wait to get a new one because they didn't see a reason yet. That is a huge difference.

Our great experience all started with a phone call and terrific conversation with Mary at Orange! We had so much in common!!! Mary set us up with a consult with Brent. We cannot say enough about Brent! We had gotten an estimate from another company already and Brent compared how Orange could make a difference for us. His knowledge about our furnace and AC choice really educated us and made us totally comfortable with the product, installers, warranty and maintenance. Brent worked with our budget and schedules! Ray and Peter did a fantastic job installing the units! They were both prompt, courteous, and clean:) We will definitely be recommending Orange to our friends, family, and neighbors! We decided to go with Orange to replace our furnace based on Google reviews and were not disappointed. From the initial walk through, to the fair offer, to the finished installation they were professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. They explained every step (and in non HVAC company verbiage). We will be using them for all our HVAC needs in the future.

I chose the right contractor to replace my furnace. From my first call to get someone over to get the process started, I was surprised at how reliable everyone was. Excellent communication via email reminders, returned calls and appointment reminders. The furnace was professionally installed. I'm a little "particular" I've been told, and I was very pleased with the workmanship of the installation. The guys were great and happily answered any questions I had.

Orange first helped me out keeping my 25 year old furnace running. Their maintenance teams are on time, friendly and really know what they’re doing. They explain what’s going on and what can and can’t be done. I also love the fact that you get email maintenance summaries.

When I found out our AC was too old to be recharged we went for a system replacement with Orange as well. They did a phenomenal job from recommending good options to installation and following up to make sure everything’s good and we’re happy.

I initially decided for Orange because of their reputation. After maintenance, service calls and a system replacement I can only confirm their excellent ratings. I’ve seen less expensive specials for maintenance and system pricing, but I also read (and now firmly believe) that cutting corners will backfire in the long run. Orange has proven to be the right compromise for me.

The service was awesome. Our air conditioning wasn't working correctly and it was a Sunday. We called and they came out within 2 hours. The serviceman was very polite and informative. He was able to fix the part quickly and it was extremely reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend Orange home Services!

Update: We have now used Orange Home Services for both maintenance and new HVAC system installation. We sincerely appreciate their great knowledge, customer service, and professionalism. They are very particular about getting things right. Their quote was comprehensive with no need for add-on charges. We also appreciated the communication on arrival times and answering questions.
