Doc's HVAC was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Their technicians came to assess are failed air conditioner. They quickly determined what was wrong completed the repair and had it running immediately. Very happy I chose to work with Docs!

Ok people. Here’s the thing. These guys are the guys you want working on your HVAC. Mike knows this stuff inside and out. Nobody in the area would’ve been able to figure out my boiler problem in this hundred year old house. Just looking at this “spaghetti” of pipes in the basement gave me a headache. Mike came in and within minutes treated the problem as if he’s seen this a million times with the utmost professional service. These guys WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM. Call them.

I would never refer this company to any one. If you want someone to go off personal attitudes go here. But I would say find another company. There contracted with American home shield. That company is a rip off also.

I have used their services on several occasions and I’ve always been super happy. The level of knowledge and professionalism is incredible. Fair pricing and friendly and honest business owners aren’t easy to find. I highly recommend as I have to all of my friends and family. This is a sure thing if you need a HVAC contractor

My experience with this company was exceptional from beginning to end. I initially contacted them via email to request a quote to replace 2 Aprilaire humidifiers. Mike, the owner, replied immediately. He was incredibly responsive and competitive with his pricing. He also went above and beyond to recommend an upgrade to my current system. They scheduled me within 4 days. The office personnel are easy to deal with and didn’t try selling me maintenance packages during my first conversation like a few other companies. John, the service tech, showed up, which he was the “icing” on the cake. He is incredibly professional, personal, and treated the job like he was doing it at his own house. His thoroughness and taking the time to explain how everything works is appreciated! He wasn’t in a hurry and wanted to do the best job possible, which he did! I highly recommend this company!!! Great people, great service, and great experience!

Very pleased with their professional services! Our air condioner stopped working. We never used them before but when we called, Mike came within 4 hours, diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. They were back the next morning to install them. It's hard to fault them for their service...and their pricing seemed reasonable. We will certainly be using them for our future HVAC needs and I'm comfortable with recommending them for anybody in the western suburbs!!!

We have been so happy with the service we've received from Doc's HVAC! We assumed that our A/C had finally died, and they came out within just a few hours of me calling. After a quick inspection they determined that the issue wasn't the A/C unit - it was just a dead thermostat! The unit also needed cleaning and more refrigerant, so they took care of that and did a bypass of the thermostat until another guy could come out to replace that. All the work - including the second visit - was completed in less than 2 hours, and our house is comfortable again!
