Doc's HVAC

I have used Doc's HVAC a few times now and every time it has been a great experience! From the initial phone call until the end of the job and beyond if needed I was treated like a valued customer.

Keep your high school friends close!! A huge shout out to Mike and Dana for arranging and troubleshooting my 23 year old Bryant furnace that was not functioning up to par. Mike was patiently waiting as I arrived today. He saw the failure in real time and attacked it with confidence giving me easy to understand explanations as he worked to resolve it. Above a beyond he replaced my Aprilare humidifier filter and provided valuable tips for my next family trip to Disney. Capping it off, a budget for a complete HVAC replacement capped with a handshake and a new “go-to” for my hvac needs. Thank you Doc’s!!!!!

I use Docs for all my heating and AC repairs. They replaced a blower in my house and repaired my ac unit. They also fixed my shop heater. They do great work. Wouldn't use anyone else.

We just had an additional heating system installed in our home. We are very pleased with our experience with Doc’s. They do great work at a fair price and provide exceptional customer service!

I have tried a few other Heating & Air companies in the past and often felt taken advantage of but not with Doc's.I have used them for commercial as well as residential and can attest to the fact that they often find a simple fix that other companies would try an inflate so they could charge thousands. Mike And his crew will often provide insight as well as suggestions to avoid failures in the future as well!

Quick scheduling. Fast, courteous service. The technicians really know what they are doing and do the job right. This is the HVAC company you want to do business with, forget all of the others! Highly recommended.

WOW! I was impressed and I'm not easily impressed.

First, the owner showed up for the service call.

Second, he really listened to me and understood what my problem was and what my goal was in fixing the problem.

Third, he stepped out of the usual responses and came up with a creative solution that really solved my problem in the way I was looking for it to be solved.

Doc's HVAC is the best! Efficient, prompt, thoroughly competent and courteous as well as reasonably priced. Wouldn't have anyone else do my HVAC work!
