Doc's HVAC

Great job! Doc's Heating was out for an annual furnace check that was well overdue. Mike was fantastic. He cleaned the furnace, dismantled sections to thoroughly inspect the heat exchanger, and cleaned the burner. Mike has a wealth of knowledge. He didn't try to sell me something that wasn't needed. I really felt he had me and my furnace's best interest at heart. I'd put his integrity high on the scale. Doc's pricing was reasonable, not a bottom feeder. Again, Great job! Thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about Doc's HVAC! We initially contacted Mike and his team for an inspection required as part of closing when selling our house. This brought to light other repairs that were needed and with the close date around the corner, we were operating on a tight timeline and Mike made it a priority to accommodate.

From first contact this team was professional, friendly, punctual and honest. We no longer live in the area but would exclusively use Doc's if we did!

The "other guys" said our AC compressor was shot, and oh by the way we should replace our coils too...all for the low low cost of $5,200. We phoned a friend, who phoned a friend, who referred to us Doc (Mike). We called him Monday evening. His office set up a call later that night, for service on Tuesday!

Mike came out to our house, and spent about an hour before determining that the contactor was damaged, which was causing a high pressure environment in the compressor (no, I don't know what any of that means). $235 later, our house is cool again!

I was speechless, to say the least. I give Doc's HVAC my highest recommendation. Anyone with HVAC problems--especially if they seem hopeless--should give Mike a call first.

p.s. We've dealt with several HVAC companies over the time we've lived here. None were as pleasant and profession and Mike and Dawn. What a treat!

I have had used Doc's over the past 10 years to maintain an aging HVAC system and have always enjoyed their timely responsiveness and professionalism. Always the correct diagnosis and repair. It came time this year to replace my 25 yr. old system and I called Doc's again. Great price, system, and installation. Could not be happier! Thanks again Doc's HVAC!

My a/c unit broke during the hottest time of the year. I got quotes from many HVAC companies in the area to replace my whole system. Every other company was trying to take advantage of my situation and quoted me outrageous prices. Mike was the only one that was truly honest, didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need and didn't take advantage of my situation. They even moved around some other of their jobs to get my whole new system installed earlier. Wow, what great customer service! Mikes team did a great job with the whole system install. I will be using and recommending Docs for all my HVAC in the future.

Wanted to share my experience with Doc's Heating & Cooling. They squeezed me into their schedule & Dana was awesome to deal with & always kept me in the loop with their arrival times for our A/C install. We got 3 quotes & these guys gave us the best price. Mike is very personable & his workers who did the install were very professional & did an amazing job. I highly recommend these guys & they have financing options that were very easy, done right over the phone!

Service technician was excellent and very courteous. One of my AC units was making a horrible noise and I expected a pretty large bill. As it turned out, the unit just needed to be cleaned and get a boost of refrigerant. I picked Doc's primarily because of their google reviews and they did not disappoint, would highly recommend.

Came out right away this morning for my old furnace that wouldn't ignite. Fixed it up for a reasonable price and it works like a charm. Been using Docs for years and will always sing their praises to anyone who needs an amazing HVAC service.

Colton came out to do the service call he was so friendly and profesional. From the moment I called to the point of the service was amazing. Everyone there is super friendly. I look forward to a long business relationship with Docs HVAC.
