First time using this company. Whole experience was great, from setting up appointment to service technician arriving at my home. Mike was very professional and even put on orange booties so as not to leave tracks in the house. Will definitely call this fall for furnace check up.

Called for furnace check up as l promised. Service did not disappoint. Setting up appointment was easy. Mike was my technician once again and he was polite and courteous. Showed me a possible issue with furnace and gave me a quote on resolving it. Orange is definitely my new HVAC contractor!

Recently had a garage heater installed by Orange. Whole experience was super smooth from the quote to the installation. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and treated my home like it was their own. Very happy and will be using Orange for all my HVAC needs going forward.

This company is truly amazing. We had no heat in the middle of winter and called the first HVAC company I could find- we did not like them, so we went to the internet and found Orange Home based off their great reviews so I called them. Now I understand the great reviews, they went way out of their way to work with us and get us heat asap. We ended up installing a whole new HVAC system, heat and air, they were so helpful with us understanding it all. The sales tech took our calls at all times of day, answered emails in the late evening all so we could get our new furnace fast. They went way out of their way to make it a great experience, they have very competitive pricing, the best warranty I could fine and when you have a business like theirs that is really just selling "apples to apples" having the amazing staff they have to set the experience apart makes it worth it, truly amazing company. Thank you.

Was many thousands over another company for same model number furnace and air conditioner. Was a large disappointment and felt like we couldn't trust them anymore. $7k difference is insane. Went with another reputable area plumber and heating company.

We just purchased our home a couple of weeks ago and decided to have the furnace serviced just to make sure everything was working well. During the inspection, the technician, Mike, noticed that the seam on the exhaust pipe had split and carbon monoxide was leaking from it. Mike was able to provide me with quote for the repairs right away, but he didn't have the materials with him so I would need to contact the office to schedule an appointment. He said when he left he would contact the office to let them know this was a priority due to it being a safety issue so they could hopefully get someone out to repair it quickly. As soon as Mike left, I called the office to schedule an appointment. I spoke to Mary and she said she just got off the phone with Mike who explained everything, and they were trying to figure out a way to get it repaired that night but they needed to try and track down the materials. Mary said she would call me back ASAP to let me know. A very short time later, we get a call from Mary saying Mike found the materials and was on his way back to our house to make the repairs.

Our appointment was scheduled late in the day on a Friday, so Mike had to call the gentleman in the stock room to have parts set aside for him since he knew they would be closed by the time he got there. When I thanked Mike for his help, he was very humble and said he didn't want to leave us dealing with an issue like this heading into the weekend, especially knowing that there was a cold front coming through.

I can't express how grateful we are for Mike and Mary going above and beyond to get the repairs done so quickly. It is a rare thing to find a company that cares so much about its customers, and after today's experience we will be customers of Orange Home Services for life!

Great service and a fast turn around on getting a new unit installed, even though it was the start of the summer and I'm sure everyone was turning their units on for the first time. They recommended a solution based on prior experience with this home's unit. The whole thing was very affordable. Their two-man install crew was very friendly and and treated my home with a good deal of respect leaving it nicer than when they found it (they patched up a few areas of the venting that has some wear and tear while they were here). Also installed our Nest thermostat for us while they were doing the install. 2 months in and everything is great!

From top to bottom is was a pleasure dealing with this business. Kyle came out and diagnosed my issue with Hvac system very quickly. He was professional the entire time while dealing with my issue and also with me following him around my house. The issue turned out to be some wiring problems. He could’ve easily done work to my unit that had nothing to do with my issue but instead fixed the problem with no over charge. If you need Hvac work, I highly recommend this business for their professional services and honesty.

Jim and his team at Orange have been keeping our builder grade system running for years so when our system died it was a no brainer to have team orange install a new HVAC system. Their price was very competitive with other business I checked, and I have never seen customer services like theirs before. I have been so happy with their work that I have recommended them to friends, family and my customers. Highly recommended!

I have now had Orange Home Services to our newly purchased house twice - once to service our air conditioner before the summer heat and just recently to service our furnace. We are beyond pleased with their service, pricing and communication. They are fantastic to do business with and have even been early to both appointments! You will not be disappointed.
