We got our whole heating and cooling system done by Orange around April of last year and we have been so happy with their work. From the very start they have been so easy to work with. I live that they carried Bryant products! The most important thing was that they were respectful from the very start of this process when we were getting quotes from multiple companies. They didn't pressure us at all, and that's why we chose them. We are so happy with our decision!

I would have previously given this company a 5 start rating based on previous work. However, in the coldest time of the year so far I needed service done. They refused because it was through my warranty company, which is the work I've had done with them before. I am also a preferred customer (I pay monthly for this service). And yet they still refused to be kind and helpful, simply because it was a warranty claim and NOT a full paying customer. They said it would be weeks before I could get in or pay FULL price (not use warranty) and they would see me sooner. NOT ETHICAL AT ALL!!!

They're the most reliable HVAC company I've used for my home. I won't be switching anytime soon. And I'll likely continue to use them after my family moves, so long as we're still within their service area.

My furnace was not working probably and the fan periodically blowing cool air and turning on constantly. Technician came and didn't diagnosed it probably. Had them come three times within three weeks and charged every time. Not satisfied with them.

Installation of HE furnace and air conditioning, in Spring, 2019. System working fine, Fall, 2019. Enjoying our Ecobee smart thermostat. Crew was prompt in fixing leak in adjacent sump pump discharge piping, due to installation of piping for new system.

We are so very happy and grateful for the quick response and excellent service and from Orange Home Services. The technician, Greg solved our problem quickly and and provided explanation in a very customer friendly manner! Highly recommend this company and their tech!!

I highly recommend Orange Home Services. They are fair and honest. They have great ideas for problems. The technicians take the time to explain what they are doing and options that are available. They are neat and clean. They obviously have a passion for working with clients and providing excellent service.
