    Having been in the renovation business for over 25 years I have come to learn how important it is to be professional, courteous, prompt, and exceptional. Orange and their team exemplifies all these attributes. I will not hesitate to say the HVAC industry is filled with less than scrupulous companies. Orange shatters that paradigm. We are privileged to call them a trade partner and you will not be disappointed to invite them into your home.

    We had Orange do maintenance in our furnace unit. The communication to step up the work was super easy and flexible. Once the technician came he was polite and communicated very well of the work. I had many questions and he answered them nicely. Thank you Orange!!!!

    Our boiler was original to the house, which was built in 1964. We worried that it might fail on a cold winter night and decide to having it done in the fall. Of the three bids they were not the lowest but gave us options for zone heating that were better than the other contractors. Love the new zone heat. The crew was professional, worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them for any boiler replacement.

    Kurtis was able to fix our furnace after three techs from other companies said they could not. I can't wait to work with them when we upgrade our A/C system, as they have us as customers for life! The heat is now working better than it ever has since we've lived in this house.

    Orange Home Services: Our HVAC system was 25 years old. In the early part of the year. Brent came and gave us a quote on the system. Time then gets away from us, as is usual for most.
    We needed for a part to be installed on the old system as a temporary fix. Greg came to service and install the part. He found we had a major Carbon Monoxide leak. Brent and your office finance worked with us to get everything situated in 24hrs.
    Greg came back with two space heaters for the over-nite, as we could not run the furnace. This was after he had been here initially.
    Next day Pete and Sarah came for the install ahead of time.
    Your customer service was so overwhelming, it had to be mentioned publicly.

    Great experience with Orange Home Services. After unsuccessful service from another company, I learned about Orange and how pleased others were with their service. Orange arrived as scheduled, spent the time to isolate and resolve the issue. They made sure everything was working before leaving. Very professional company both on the phone and in person. Highly recommend them!

    Jim at Orange Home has been helping me keep my old furnace going for awhile, when I decided to take the plunge and get a new furnace I knew he was the one to call, we discussed my needs and about a year ago he installed my new furnace.

    He worked within my budget and I am amazed at how much more comfortable my home is with the furnace he installed.

    Updated Review: I had a bad experience with one of their techs who tried to up-sell me on a humidifier so I sent him walking. After the appointment I got an automated email asking for feedback so I let them know what happened. The owner of the company actually called me back about 20 minutes after I sent the email. He was very apologetic and explained this is against their rules and training and not the way they do business. He offered to send out another tech later that day and replace the bad part for cost, which I took him up on. The second tech was very professional and the repair was done well. The owner contacted me again afterwards to check up and see how it all went. So...a rocky start but they made it right in the end. I could tell the owner was sincere and taking this seriously and was impressed that he contacted me so quickly and had somebody come out later that same day. Everybody makes mistakes and he made it right afterwards, so I am a happy customer.
