So J&R Herra is now 3/3 for professionalism, knowledge and timely service. From the time we placed our call (7:00 am) till we had John to our home it was 60 minutes. John addressed our toilet issue, cleaned up after himself and left in a professional way. Very much appreciate and recommend the organization.

Called company to do routine maintenance on my HVAC system. I got an appointment for the next day. Notification was promised and delivered; technician was on time, performed the necessary work (including a minor repair). He explained the work in detail and answered all my questions. I found their charges reasonable.

I am a first-time customer, and if the work turns out to be of high quality (as I expect), J&R H will be maintaining my system going forward.

I now have them handling my hvac, water softener, humidifier and tankless water heater. Service is always fast professional and friendly.

We had an AC capacitor go out on us, we had a technician at our house very quickly after contacting. Service Manager, Aiden, was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had our AC up and running again. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
