I called J&R Herra this morning when I noticed my furnace wasn't heating my house. I called around 830 in the morning and Dennis was here by 11 am. He diagnosed the problem and my furnace is now working as it should be! Fantastic response time, friendly and knowledgeable tech. Will definitely be using J&R in the future for our needs.

This review recommends the services of JR Herra. I have used their services on multiple occasions and been very satisfied with the results. One job involved replacing substantial copper piping between my well tank and water conditioning equipment. Over 20 years, the iron-laden hard water wore the pipes down paper thin. After a couple spray shower pinholes and expensive emergency repairs, JR Herra installed CPVC piping at a very reasonable price. The problem was solved.

More recently, my plumbing system became massively overpressured, which blew out the bladder of a six-month old well tank. John P. came to my house to troubleshoot. While the obvious culprit would seem to be the pressure sensor, John insisted on contacting the well experts. He even contacted them and arranged a same day troubleshooting visit. Sure enough, an electrical box for the well had some extensively corroded capacitors and some corroded wires, setting up an intermittent failure mode. After the box was replaced John returned and replaced the well tank under warranty.

Again, my thanks to JR Herra and my recommendation for others to consider their services for both routine and challenging plumbing work.
