Furnace stopped working on coldest day of the year. They sent someone out within 2 hours and he immediately got the heat working, although he said we would need a new part long term. They called back 4 hours later saying they found the part I needed and had it installed 1 hour later. Same day, excellent, professional, friendly service. And they called me next day saying they needed to refund me the 89$ service call fee because I had a same day fix. Will call again.

Jesus performed our annual a/c system maintenance. As always, he was professional, friendly and polite. We have 2 systems and he told us throughout the visit which system he was going to work on and what he was going to do. We are completely satisfied with J&R Herra, and Jesus in particular.

Tim was on time, very professional and very quick. He did an excellent job, told us what was needed but wasn’t at all pushy about it. We’ll be happy to have him back in the fall

The two, ‘Mike’s’ and Vince were thorough and quick in the evaluation and installation of the new; ‘sump pump’. Following three or four massive rains to the Elburn area. The installation took about 30 minutes.
We are totally satisfied. Thank you to the crew at R & J Herra. Big Rich and Jack would be extremely proud.

The work was done professionally and quickly. I was happy to have hot water again. I did have to replace the kitchen faucet, but that was due to well water.

Came out same day for a quote and showed up the next day to install brand new furnaces and thermostats.

When trying to find a plumber, I now know who I can call and who I can trust to give honest true feedback about what needs to be done and handle the work with care. After it being so difficult to get other jobs completed in this home, this was the one job that put my mind at ease and feel so happy to get one more thing checked off my list. They made it so easy and I really felt like I was being taken care of as a person. They are your friendly neighbors on your street that you want to meet and have. Excellent service, timely arrival, and good communication. We are a local Property Management Company with mature properties and Jason M. helped us with a kitchen sink leak that was complicated today and interfaced with the tenant, our maintenance contractor and our office and repaired the leak.
