Came out during the coldest day of the year so far, when every other company didn’t answer or reply back they responded almost immediately. Fixed my issue quickly and with a reasonable cost. I appreciate Ben and his professionalism, Merry Christmas and thank you again!

J&R Herra worked to get us taken care of quickly after we called to request services after moving in to our new home. We needed a new water heater, sump pump and some pipes replaced and they took care of everything. Professional customer service and installation throughout the process. John and Joey did an amazing job, and put in a full days work in minimum time. I saw them from time to time, I never saw them sitting and talking or looking at their phones… Showed up exactly on time, they work diligently, but took time to explain what needed to be done and why. They did an excellent job… if you are checking around for price quotes , think do I want it done cheap or done correctly …

** update, J& R Herra sent out a fantastic technician to evaluate the system and make sure it was working properly. Kyle was able to find an area I didn’t expect. The unit they installed is so good, it was already beginning to clog outside unit. A spray of the hose, and it was set for the remainder of the summer. In the previous 20 years, my old unit was never strong enough ( had that kind of vacuum) to require a mid summer spray down. Easy to do, the better quality unit just surprised me.. we do live next to a wide open wetland.. so there is lots of flying pollen and seeds, more then the average suburban house I would think.
These company has my business for life.. they actually care about the customer and satisfaction.

Our AC wasn't working at bedtime, so I turned it off. Early the next morning I called. The answering service took detailed notes as to what was happening. A few minutes later Dennis called to confirm & was on his way and my house was cooling.

Being somewhat new to the area I rely a lot on recommendations from others in our neighborhood and like to use local companies when possible. I have seen a lot of recommendations for J&R Herra and when our home warranty wouldn't cover a plumbing issue, they were our first call. I love that when your technician is on the way, they send you a picture of them with their name so I knew right away when someone rang my doorbell that it was who I was expecting to be there. Justin F was friendly and efficient. He suggested extra services than what we called for but wasn't pushy in adding things on to our service that we didn't necessarily need. We used them for plumbing services so I can't comment on their electrical work, but will definitely be calling them again the next time we have an issue!

Scottie was great - worked outside on one of the hottest days in order to get a/c installed for me before the day ended. Also installed furnace with humidifier and new thermostat. Function checked systems to ensure they work properly. Explained everything to me and was meticulous with cleanup. Couldn’t be nicer or more meticulous. J&R Herra has the best employees!

Needed a water heater installed. I called JR Herra and they were able to come out the same day. John was the tech. He was awesome. He completed the work in no time and was very friendly. He cleaned up when he finished and was able to answer all my questions. I will definitely use them again.

I had J & R Herra come out to give me a quote on a new boiler and water heater due to the age of the units and also concerns that the chimney wasn’t venting the units properly. Ben C. came out and explained all the available options that I could go with and took the time to explain everything in great detail and answer any questions. Ben R. provided a few different quotes based on the options Ben C. recommend. I ended up choosing a combi boiler, which is one unit that replaces the boiler and hot water tank, similar to a tankless water heater but a little bigger. Ben C. and John K. were able to come out to install it within a week of me accepting the quote. Both of them did a fantastic job on the install. They were extremely polite and friendly and spent the time walking me through the system, educating me on the different components and answering any questions we had. Their skilled and detailed oriented work resulted in a clean, organized and well functioning system that I’m happy to have.

Great, reliable company that stands behind their work. Replaced water heater and installed electric anode. No rotten egg smell in my hot water even though I have well water.
