More than happy with the service supplied by this company to install a new water heater. My first day in new house and my water heater broke so that was no fun. These guys were understanding, courteous, professional and efficient. Mike, my tech was super nice and took time to explain everything to me. I will use them again for other jobs for sure and would highly recommend.

I had a pipe burst in my attic on Jan 1 (Happy New Year to me...). Mike R. came out in a VERY timely manner on a holiday to assess the situation and ensure proper mitigation was done to eliminate the main issue that day. He was just out again (April) to do the final touches now that the weather is warmer. The level of professionalism, explanation and patience with questions has been A+. Would recommend (and have!). I will be using J&R Herra moving forward for any plumbing needs. Thank you for everything during this very stressful time. Also to note - very cool the company sends a text notification w/picture when the technician is on their way!
