AirAce Heating & Cooling

If you are wondering who to use for your project, read my whole review. I am very picky and this will give you a good idea of what to expect from this company.....
Last winter our furnace stopped working and Tyler came out quickly to fix it while I was at work. He replaced a part and got it going again. He explained everything to my wife before he left. This was our first experience with Air Aces. It was great.
Then in the early spring we knew our home was going to need a new AC unit before it started to warm up. And we wanted to replace the furnace at the same time. So I had 5 local contractors come out to give an estimate. 4 out of 5 gave good estimates. The one contractor that claims to give you a free furnace when you purchase an AC unit from them was about 5K over everyone elses estimate. So much for a free furnace.
Most contractors took about 15 minutes to look at the project and through me a price quote before they left. But the one that I was impressed with and clicked with was Joel. He didn't stay for 15 minutes. He stayed for 2 hours or more looking up in the ceilings with me and looking at ways to get the new system enough return air to work properly. Other contractors were just going to over size the system to push more air. That would have been bad. We have a very unique home and I appreciated very much how Joel took the time to really look at everything to determine the best system for our home. And boy does it work beautifully. I waited 6 months to do a review so that I could say that for sure after going through both a heating and cooling season. Our bills have been way lower than I had thought. Especially our electric bill for the summer. Our bills were about 100 bucks lower than I expected. We went with the 2 stage AC unit with the higher rating and it is well worth it. Same goes for the furnace. 2 stage with the variable speed. We leave the fan running all the time and it runs at 40 percent when the system isnt heating or cooling. Keeps the house very consistent. Also because of our unique house Joel suggested installing remote air sensors. One upstairs and one downstairs. Very neat. On the main floor is the main thermostat. Its a Nexia 824 gold smart thermostat. We get a very nice average temp with all 3 sensors. This was a great addition.
The installation process was as professional as it gets. All 3 guys did an excellent job and were done in a day. They cleaned up everything and Tyler stayed after and showed me how to use the smart thermostat.
Our experience was excellent with these guys and we will always use them. I cant thank Joel and his team enough for the time they took to get us the right system for our home. Thank you!

Very pleased with the work ethic of Chris. Done a great job installing the furnace. Done everything short of replacing outside ac unit to fix. Great thing is a company that will make numerous phone calls to find the best price on a unit. AirAce is highly recommended. Thanks to all involved.

Our secondary heat exchanger went out and Joel was able to replace it to keep the furnace running great! Joel and Tyler are very knowledgeable and helped me understand how the furnace works and what was broken. They talked me through other things I could do to help make my home and HVAC more efficient and comfortable. Will definitely come back to AirAce again!

Joel was prompt and courteous. They did an excellent job on my project and we will use them for other things. One of my sons was very impressed and he will use them for his garage heating project. They did the job right and the price was exactly what they quoted.

Joel displayed professional and courteous service. Very knowledgeable and gave me plenty of cost saving tips and installed my new smart thermostat without issues. Gave advice and tips on a new furnace and air conditioner I have in my future planning. I will be doing business with him in the future, no doubt.

Joel and Chris were excellent at their jobs and very polite . The came and cleaned , made some repairs and started a furnace for me at a house I was working on. I would use them in the future and would recommend them to others. Excellent work.

We are so happy my husband was put in contact with Joel concerning our central air conditioning problem during the extreme heat this past week. The receptionist put us in contact with Joel and he came over the same afternoon and remedied our problem the next day to everyones satisfaction. We would absolutely recommend his services to anyone!
