AirAce HVAC installed a new unit in our mobile home a couple years ago and we purchased the maintenance plan. We like the twice a year visits to check both the heat and AC equipment. They find issues before they cause a breakdown and replace parts before they break. Chris has serviced us for several visits and is professional and efficient. Thank you!

Every experience i have had with Joel and his staff have been excellent. They understand the importance of not having any heat or air conditioning when needed and come out the same day. I receive text messages when my appt time is. I receive a text when en route. Once here and diagnosed im shown the part that has failed and given a quote to repair. After the repair is done im able to pay with what is most convenient via cash or debit card. Im told my small amount of business is appreciated and is genuine. Im sent a receipt via email and a follow up email again thanking me for my business and following up on my service. Top notch knowledge but im extremely impressed with the customer service! Start to finish, Joel Nieman and his team were phenomenal. Joel's expertise in heating and cooling allowed us to choose a system that was right for our home. Joel is honest and fair. He answered our questions and provided recommendations for changes to the placement of the air conditioning unit outside. Joel has an incredibly hard working, knowledgeable team. On installation day the entire team worked all day on a full install of a new system. We are extremely impressed by the impeccable work ethic of his team. We highly recommend Joel Nieman and his team to anyone with heating and cooling needs.

Joel has been my tech on the last two visits. He always explains everything he does and listens to our concerns. It is great to have a company that cares for their customers and goes out of their way to get their problems repaired in a timely manner.

An appointment was canceled and Chris came earlier to repair the blower on my furnace. Upfront with the cost and job completed quickly. Good customer service from him and from the follow up call I received.

Just to add to all of the other stellar reviews, this place is great! I had come back from a weekend trip on a Sunday evening to find my furnace had stopped working, and our house was freezing. I called AirAce and my furnace was running again in less than two hours. A tech was at my house about 15 minutes after I had called. Will always go here for my HVAC needs!

I was having heater issues and they were able to come over early the next morning. The technician was super friendly and did a great job. The prices were a better value than their competitors. I'll be using this company for many years to come.

Highly recommend for furnace or a/c needs. Tyler was our technician. He had not seen a furnace like ours but checked it, cleaned it, and did a great job. Everything works great and couldn't be happier. They work on mobile homes as well.

Technician Tyler arrived at exact time and diagnosed the furnace problem very quickly. He replaced the condensate evacuation blower motor assembly and flushed the clogged drain line. We then had a helpful conversation about their periodic maintenance plans that the company offers. If I would have had a plan the furnace failure would not have happened at all. Great service and staff! Our fan motor went out on late Saturday afternoon. Their technician arrived one hour later, found the problem, and fixed it. Very professional, and polite. They also charged a very fair price for the work. Highly recommended!!
