Fast and prompt service. Figured out the problem with our furnace quickly and returned with a part within the hour. Very friendly, fairly priced. Grateful to have our heat back on at 8pm on one of the coldest nights of the year. Highly recommended .

We have had a very positive experience with AirAce from the type we purchased the furnace/AC a few years ago to our yearly checkup service. Joel does really care about his customers! We highly recommend his services.

AC stopped working on us. I called and they were here the next day within the 2 hr window called to let me know they were on their way and when they got here. Very thorough about checking for problem and determines the cause. Very good service. Will definitely call them again if needed

My experience..AC isn’t working. Called AirAce out. Quick and speedy response which was nice. Tech checks system. Completely empty. Says “ we usually only see that with big leaks. The tech threw a little charge in it, and could not find a leak after doing his due diligence(I give him that) with a faulty? Meter supposedly. Asked if the little he had put in was still in the system, he says “it was”. Had him charge it up. 30 minutes after he left it’s just cycling air again. 300$ for device call and charge up. Joel comes and takes a brief look. No test done. Pitches me a new ducane system. Which I purchase. Communication was dismal on their part once on their schedule a few weeks out. Which, you’re busy I understand! I offer to rip out the old coil and condenser to help cost. A simply “No” Was the response to to my inquiry. But I did it anyway because I’m a nice guy. Come install day. 3 hours late, after presuming that I was on the fence, because I inquired about financing. Joel asked 9 minutes before agreed arrival if plan was a go that morning. With old already out, it was plug and play for them. But they still did not install the new cabinet that the coil came in to save time. I also get, because I work on machines all day. I get it. But it just doesn’t look professional with the new cabinet face caulked to the old box. I had already took a half day, ended up needing all day off of work because of the late arrival. Pony up time, and not even an offer to adjust, im assuming an already inflated quote price, or apology for lateness from Joel. This is my honest review of my experience with this company. They do decent work. System runs great so far. Just needs cleaned up around the edges metaphorically speaking. 2 out of 5

Spring 2022 Update -
Had spring Tune up done May 2022, as part of my ongoing maintenance plan with AirAce. Unfortunately Tyler no longer with them as had an new opportunity come up he had to take - but the two techs that showed up had worked with him, and sure picked up a lot from him! Job was very thorough, they did find one capacitor below spec and replaced, and overall did a fantastic job. Will continue to use Air Ace, and highly recommend them to anyone needing heating/cooling needs!

Fall 2020 Update -
Had spring and fall maintenance/tune up done as part of my contract with Air Ace in 2020. Tyler was the technician both times, and as I have said before, Joel made a great choice adding him to the team. Extremely professional, very thorough, explains everything he is doing and checking as he does it, just AWESOME! Highly recommend you consider Joel and his team for your heating and A/C needs!

Sold house 2020, and needed a quick tune up and inspection for buyers. Joel went out of his way and responded same day! Did awesome job as always! Have bought a new home, and already have it on contract with Air Ace, wouldn't even consider anyone else!
2019 - winter service done by Tyler. He is a new addition to Joel's team since my previous work, and seems like Joel made a great addition to his team. Tyler did an excellent job, walked through and explained the checks he was doing, and was vey thorough and professional. Another reason I highly recommend Air Ace!!
2018 - Got quotes from a number of places maintenance program and for duct cleaning. Reviews I found on AirAce were great, and their prices were some of the best I found - so I hired them for both services. Doug and team arrived right on time, were very conscientious about keeping home clean. Did great work, and I certainly would recommend you give them a try for HVAC or duct cleaning services!

Joel and his team were very responsive. We had an appointment on Wednesday to fix our A?C unit and found out it was not repairable. Ordered a new unit and it was installed by end of day on Saturday. Installation was professional and we are happy with the new unit. I would recommend Air Ace to any onlooking for service or installation of a HVAC system

Joel and his team have done a great job installing our new AC unit and maintaining our HVAC system each year. Their detailed inspection and cleaning of our system has allowed our system to operate without problems throughout the seasons.

The technician was timely, knowledgeable and professional. He was also very patient with my inquisitive kiddos.

AirAce was great with installing my new furnace and working with me to also get my new a/c at a later date.
They were also great with repairs for another issue and making sure it was right! Great Service when I needed it!

Air Ace always provides quality care. I can depend on them to be on time and polite, and professional. I would highly recommend.
