Scheduled a service appointment with AceAir for our A/C rooftop unit at our restaurant here in Peoria. Joel, was our service tech. and was great! He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Did a great job, and the price was very reasonable. In fact, they have an annual service plan available that's a must have. Would highly recommend this company.

Joel did an amazing job installing our garage heater! From the first call, he quickly responded and showed a genuine interest in taking great care of his customers. He answered any questions I had throughout the install and did everything and more to make sure it was all done right! I couldn’t be more pleased with all his help! 5 stars! Thank you!

My experience with AirAce was great. I got a new A\C and heat. Joel came out to the house, inspected the current system and asked plenty of questions to help me pick the right unit for my house and my family. The technicians that did the installation were very friendly, courteous and clean.

May 2019: after attempting to change out a thermostat, my AC was no longer working. I called Joel and he sent Chris over to check out there issue. Turned out I didn't have the wire connected properly. After fifteen minutes Chris ended up not even charging us the call fee. They are very professional and are always putting the customer first. Thanks again guys!

November 2017: I had been dealing with a 30 year old furnace having issue for a couple years now. Called Air Ace and they had someone at my house the same day I called. That night, furnace team awesome but only for about 12 hours and it began to act up again. Joel came out the next day at no cost to rectify the issue. Unfortunately after Joel left, the furnace stopped working a third time. Joel came back the next morning, on Saturday, and refunded me for the original service as well as to repair the furnace. Unfortunately, the furnace did die but Joel and his crew was able to have the new one in stalled by Monday night and it has been running smooth.

I really appreciate the customer care Joel showed my family. Although there was a series of unfortunate events out of his control, Joel went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with his service. Will definitely be calling Joel in the future.

The technician was here at the appointed time and took his time to access the situation. I was delighted when my gas wall heater fired up and has remained operational since. Very happy and satisfied customer. Will recommend to my family and friends.

The owner takes great pride in his quality work while taking on new / young people to help train them in the HVAC field with his years of experience. They have done great work multiple times for me & I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Joel is a great professional, he and the team are easy to contact via phone, email or text. The have a great automated system that reminds you of any appointments does billing and gives you a history of what was done. I highly recommend them as I use them for both my home and business.

Highly recommend! A C went out on the hottest day of the summer so far (of course!) And during the busy season. Leah was able to get our repair scheduled the NEXT DAY! (Called me after hours to schedule ) The tech was late for the appt, but that was due to unexpected work on their previous job, and that just happens sometimes. No problem, because Doug worked til almost 6:30 pm! He got our problem fixed at a very reasonable cost. They offer Veterans and Senior discounts. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I liked that they charge on a "work performed + material cost" basis vs hourly. I couldn't be happier and wish them continued success in their business.
