The lower coil in our AC outdoor compressor went out recently while it has been some of the hottest days of summer! After finding out that it would take weeks to get the replacement part, we decided to just get a brand new compressor. After calling around, even THAT was going to take days but the added expense was worth it. Joel was one of the only ones that was able to get to us THAT day with a brand new unit and even though they said they would be installing later in the day they came EARLY. The technicians were extremely friendly, helpful, cleaned up and did an excellent job! We finally have COLD air coming in after some terrible hot days. Joel even stopped by to discuss with us future maintenance which I asked about and he was very helpful and knowledgeable from the start. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you want reliable, kind, and honest HVAC work done!

Joel really took his time in helping us. We have only been in our home for a few years and the air conditioner took a dump. We asked him for different quotes on different setups including adding a new furnace into the mix since ours was eons old. He sent us multiple quotes and gave us the rundown on everything. They really just took their time to help us understand everything and were fantastic when it came to installation and workmanship. I fully recommend them. Is there a 10 star button? Took time to come out on a Sunday. Diagnosed the problem within an hour, ordered the part, and came back 2 days later to complete. Joel was very professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. No upsell pressure and very friendly, willing to teach and educate. Joel was the first to respond to my request on Angie’s List. His company was very good at communicating and worked my furnace, water heater and air conditioner replacement in before it was very cold. My concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The workers did a great job. The furnace is much quieter than my old one. I love the new thermostat. Thank you for your service!

Overall, good. Joel was a friendly and as far as I can tell competent HVAC repairman. He did a good job checking during maintenance and found and repaired several issues. Also, it seems AirAce has a better way of making sure that we will be notified in advance of our maintenance scheduling. Problems with this from our previous company and contract is why we called AirAce in the first place. On the other hand, and as Joel and I discussed, I have a few problems and suggestions. First, you should allow for actual paper forms for customers that prefer that. Or at least make plain what options there are at the outset. In that regard, you should also provide the customer with a printed receipt if they prefer that and not put the work on the customer to print one themselves. And that is true for contract signing etc. as well. Electronic processing and reduction of paperwork is well and good, but customer preference and convenience should be foremost. Second, and again as I talked over with Joel, the flame rod replacement should have been checked to see if warranty would have covered it. Especially as we talked this very concept over when first we had Joel come out. It was an additional 94.50$ and that is not, to us, a minor amount of money, especially if we are not expecting it, and could possible been covered by warranty to spare us part or all of the expense. As we talked about, Joel may or may not be able to do the warranty work himself, but he is supposed to make the effort and advise us accordingly.

Very happy with the service, they were able to fix my air conditioner within 24 hours of me calling them. Their serviceman, Tayler, made sure that it was repaired and cleaned and was very professional and pleasant.
