Can't say enough good things about Jason and his crew. I've had him do work for me 3 times now and I've never been disappointed. Last year, our heat quit 3 days before Thanksgiving, but they had Billy out by the end of the day. He diagnosed a bad pressure switch that was out of stock, but found a substitute to get us heat until the replacement could come in. Our ac went out on Sunday and I made the mistake of calling a competitor that was open on the weekend, not realizing that Armstrong had an after hours on call service. They quoted me an astronomical figure for recharging the system and tried to convince me to buy a new unit. Jason searched for this supposed "aggressive leak" and couldn't find one. He added a few lbs of refrigerant, cleaned my unit, and told me I didn't need to buy a new unit for a while as it was only 10 years old and in working condition. He also came in $400 cheaper than his competitor for the same service. Honest business practices and repairs, not just salesmen out to make a quick buck. I'll never go anywhere else so long as they're in business!

I can't say enough good about Armstrong Heating and Cooling. Our furnace quit working on Sunday night - I called Monday morning and they had a tech at our house by mid-morning. The tech Billy was very friendly and professional, and I could tell he felt really bad having to tell me our 32 year old furnace needed to be replaced just a few days before Christmas. They were able to get me an estimate for an install by the end of the day, and they shuffled their work schedules to get the install done for us the very next day. They even loaned us some space heaters to get us by overnight until the new furnace was up and running! Jason and Andy showed up the next day to do the install for us, and they were awesome. Very personable, and very professional. Within 3 hours, they had removed the old furnace and had the new one up and running. The team was super responsive, very friendly, made the whole process very easy, and didn't try to upsell me. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the price they gave me. I will definitely be using them in the future for all of my heating and cooling needs, and I would recommend them highly. I wish all service companies were like this one. Keep up the great work guys!

We had called upon the services of Armstrong as our utility bill escalated x3 of our usual bill once our heating system installed by them is turned on. One of their technician came and said he will do some adjustment and test it for a day. Heater was turned on just for 24 hours and the usage recorded by ameren increased tremedously still. Despite that, Armstrong sent an invoice and informed our apartment manager that "there is nothing wrong with our heating system", even if nothing was fixed. We are so disapointed with their lies and would never use their services again.

John Schell was the reason I chose Armstrong. I talked to him at length and trust him. Great guy. I never saw the installation crew but they were efficient and professional, done in 4-5 days and that includes furnace, central air, replacing almost all of the ductwork, and removing all the old equipment and ductwork. I notice the difference the moment I walk in the backdoor. Probably the best contractor experience I've had in 20 years. Thanks JD Schell and son.
