I would find someone else. The guy is nice enough but... We scheduled an appointment weeks in advance and he called me to cancel with really no explanation other than "my family has changed".... Whatever that means. Unprofessional... He wanted me to change my schedule around to accommodate him. Go elsewhere if you want a professional to show up.
Update: he then texted me and blamed me for "making a bad situation worse"... Whatever that means?

Kevin and his team were great. We had a few companies come out for quotes and they just measured and sent a quote. Kevin offered explanations for everything he was doing and was honest about what made sense (even if it meant not doing as much work). He was a great communicator and was always on time. They offer great incentives through Ameren that help out the cost which helps immensely. Come install day, that team was also on time and they came in, started to work, and were out. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. When comparing to other companies in the area...I would highly recommend at least having these guys out to take a look if you're undecided!

Green Homes evaluated our energy efficiency and supplied corrective measures to improve insulation, electricity usage and temp control. We are very happy with the results. Our home stays warmer at a lower setting in the winter and cooler at a higher setting in the summer. Over the past year we’ve saved anywhere from $40-$120 each month on our electric bill -which is HUGE considering our home runs completely on electric.
Green Homes was extremely professional and listened to our concerns. They were easy to work with and were timely with their call backs and appointments. We highly recommend!

I had to get insulation and a water heater installed and Green Homes did phenomenally: they were friendly, had a great price, solid financial incentives from being partnered with Ameren, and the project was done sooner than I thought.

I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

Kevin and his team have done a great job for us! He was very communicative throughout the whole process, professional, and friendly. They helped us understand our needs, and what our best rout to fixing them was. This was not a “pushy” sales pitch, but a true assessment of our home to see where they could help us make necessary updates within our budget. I was a part of an efficiency program for LGBTQ+ individuals for our home to become efficient and wow! They did not disappoint! We had a multitude of work done and they were very communicative. We just moved into our home so this is a great way to start out, by paying less for more. I appreciate all the hard work Green Homes puts in.

Green homes AMAZING!!! the two crews sent to our home to install the AC and heater and insulation in the basement and attic were very nice and did their jobs great! Green homes sent them to our home and both crews were great working around our dogs and family and did a very nice job cleaning up after as well too. We were very thankful for everything both crews did and greenhomes!!

Greens homes is one of the best company's that has done work for me. They were prompt, professional and did excellent work. Everyone was so nice and took the time to explain everything and make sure everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing home efficiency work done.

I received assistance with making my home more energy efficient. This included a new furnace and thermostat for each side of my duplex. The work happened surprisingly quickly. What a great experience! Kathy was very helpful working around my schedule setting up an appointment. Kevin and Brandon arrived on time and were very polite and personable. Kevin explained everything thoroughly about all the functions of my new smart thermostat. He was very knowledgeable about everything they had to offer.I would highly recommend!!!!
