Barrick-Oltman, Inc. Heating & Cooling

We called them yesterday morning for an issue with our furnace. They answered the phone. Called back promptly to set up an appt. time & had the problem scoped out & fixed within 4 hrs. Really appreciated Adam wearing paper shoe covers in our house.

A very responsive , and courteous company to do business with and trust across the board. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner!! My tech-Adam-came out with a can do attitude and ultimately listed to the details. He succeeded where other self proclaimed gurus have failed. My business goes to them hence fourth!!

Outstanding customer service and communication. They have always been honest, fair and friendly, basically treating you as a part of their own family. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for the best customer service experience.

What a fantastic experience. I had them install a new heat pump system in my home and due to bad weather, a one day install turned into two, but I could not have asked for a better experience. Their overall communication was excellent and the two install techs were wonderful and got the job done as expected. The system is operating great and the house is really comfortable. My Ecobee thermostat is cool, too. I wasn't sure I needed anything that high tech, but I love it!

Time will tell with regards to the overall quality of the system but I feel confident as the online reviews I have seen for Bryant equipment are generally positive. This was not an inexpensive system, but I do not have a problem paying a little extra for quality of service and feel I got that with Barrick-Oltman. I would recommend these guys to anyone for certain!

Top notch organization. I've used them for issues with vent fans in my bathroom, and also with cleaning out my air ducts. Always professional, always kind and helpful. I strongly recommend for anything you need them for.

They didn't disclose price, and technician simply walked off with my credit card info without giving me a total or invoice.

After stopping him we were told we could take a photo of their service form which only had a total.

Just a poor and expensive experience.

Mark and Dan installed new HVAC systems in our home recently and we are very pleased. They provided numerous options and advice and their install team was extremely courteous and quick. Definitely recommend.
