The previous homeowners had used CS for all their HVAC needs. Because of their glowing recommendation; we kept CS as our service provider! For 13 years now, Jonathon & Mark have kept our systems running like clockwork. Unfortunately the AC was unable to be resurrected this year. After carefully weighing all options, we choose to have a new unit installed. Within days, we experienced cool temps in our home (it was 90+ degrees everyday that week). Even showed up to our house while we were out of town to get furnace running so pipes didnt freeze. Really great professionals.

Jonathan has been professional, works clean, always changes my filter and does a thorough maintenance check. Comfort Specialists is great company and has great customer service.

Mark was right in time, he talked to me about our furnace, and the issues we were having. (The thermostat worked- but no heat!) He explained everything in terms most people can understand, then took a look to diagnose the problem. He got the part he needed and had my furnace fixed within a matter of hours. We had an outstanding experience...very responsive when we called, spent a good amount of time discussing options and assessing our home's needs before preparing a quote. No pressure, either. We had time to discuss and do online research to learn about Trane's outstanding reputation for quality. Installation was done very skillfully, service team arrived promptly when expected.

The new system is quiet and our home is much more evenly heated. We couldn't be happier and would gladly refer Comfort Specialists. Thank you!

Jon was early, very professional and knowledgeable. We signed up for the preventative maintenance program as we recently purchased our house. He installed our smart thermostat and ran a new "C" or Common cable to power the smart thermostat. He gave our furnace a check and the AC unit.

Our house seller never met us or provided any instruction for anything. We found that the seller had the wrong size furnace filter and it was not properly installed. Jon helped install the correct sized filter and showed us how to properly install it.

Luckily we found that the AC refrigerant was at proper levels and adequately charged. If there were any issues I have no doubt Jon would've taken care of it. The AC lines went thru the foundation and was not sealed. Jon was not told he'd be asked before arriving, but had what he needed and sealed it to help keep mice and other vermin out!

Once it gets cold we just call and schedule an appointment for the preventative maintenance program and they will come back to check the heating system without a charge for the visit because we paid the yearly amount today. He made a record of what systems and serial numbers for our AC Unit and Furnace so IF we ever have an issue they'll know what may be needed prior to coming!

We purchased an expensive new Furnace and Air Cleaning System from this company. It was installed and cost in the excess of 7000 dollars. We have had three repairs within the first year and have been told by two other companies that it was not installed properly, causing the need for repair. When it needed repair, this company would not come out within 48 hours despite the fact that it was greater than 95 degrees outside and the system was new. We are now in the process of filing a claim in court against them as we have had damage to our basement and additional expenses related to the poor job they did for a high price. In addition, the owner is rude and condescending.
