Our air conditioner stopped working so we reached out to Comfort Specialists because they were highly recommended by a family member. They returned my call immediately and came out to fix our air conditioner right away. Mark Sellner was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it and had our air conditioner working in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend reaching out to them for any heating and cooling issues you have. Very professional and efficient.

This company goes above and beyond with service. We have utilized their services for over 20 years. They always wear covers on their shoes when entering the home, wear masks during this pandemic, and leave home clean after servicing furnace.
We just bought a new furnace and air conditioning system. We love the quiet furnace and it's nice a cozy in our home.

They took out the existing 140,000 BTU furnace and 2 1/2 air conditioner which kept the house remarkably comfortable and replaced it with a 80,000 BTU furnace and a 3 ton air conditioner. In the winter time we have to run space heaters to keep the back bedrooms warm. In the summer time the air would run only a few minutes and the house would be humid and uncomfortable, they came out several times and shut off a vent in the living room, slowed down the blower motor and set the thermostat to wait an extra degree before running; all in an effort to compensate for the 3 ton air conditioner which is too big for the house.
They refuse to stand behind their guarantee that their product will heat and cool the house to the customer satisfaction or be replaced at no charge.
OH, HOW I WISH I"D OF GONE TO ANOTHER COMPANY!

We have a maintenance agreement with Comfort Specialists. Our furnace went out when it was about zero degrees. They came out the same day and had it running within about 30 minutes. Very reliable and responsive.

We called Comfort Specialists in East Peoria for a maintenance check on our furnace. Jon Becker was very friendly even with our two yipper yapper dogs who greeted him at the door. He did the maintenance check, answered my husband's questions professionally. We were very pleased with the service and highly recommend!

Comfort Specialists is the only HVAC company I trust. This is the second system that they have installed for me. They are top notch techs and all the work is done professionally.

I have used Comfort Specialists the last two years to service my 25 year old failing AC unit (looses refrigerant). Very knowledgeable and professional. Gives lots of information and explains how and why things are doing what they're doing (I never like being 'blind' to why something is failing). Never force you into a decision (I hate services that do this) but they do give an fact based opinion on what the logical next steps are.
Getting it replaced this year after leak stop didn't solve my issues and will be using Comfort Specialists again, really look forward to it.

Mark and John did an excellent job installing our new heat pump. Very professional, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, started and finished on time and cleaned everything up. Would highly recommend.

27 year old furnace went out in the last cold spell. Comfort Specialists had magically found a replacement when the fan froze up 2 years ago, so we called them again and they jury-rigged a switch to keep heat going while we waited for a new furnace. New high efficiency Trane was installed right on time, inefficient old ducts to the living room were re-routed and the installer patiently walked us through how to operate the new whiz-bang thermostat that automatically controls the whole system. We couldn't be happier with the result!
