fast and knowledgeable service from Comfort Specialist in Pekin. I had them a new Furnace/Air Condition in 2016. Now I'm signed up with their Summer/Winter yearly Maintenance plan. I would recommend.

Our furnace went out. Mark, from Comfort Specialists, came out about an hour or so after I called. The next day we had a new furnace. Great service!

We had our air conditioner go out on a Sunday in 95 degree weather. They were able to get out to our place and fix the problem within 5 hours. John was our technician and he explained everything prior to making the repairs, so there were no surprises. I would recommend them to family, or friends.

Our furnance’s motor went out today. My husband called and they were here within 2 hours and had it fixed within 3! So very thankful to work with such a reliable and kind group of people. Thank you for taking care of us during this brutal cold so quickly, we are thankful!

My landscaper weed wacked my air unit lines and and killed my air, I wired my wires back up and still nothing. My 2yr old son and I have been sweating at home all day. Comfort Specialists were the first ones open with good reviews so I went with calling them. The gentlemen on the phone was extremely nice and professional he walked me thru looking for a fuse on my air unit in my basement and the fuse was all that was wrong and I now have air again! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks a bunch Comfort Specialists!

Jonathan becker was very professional and quick at getting my grandmas ac unit back on track....highly recommended and he even put up with swarming bees and ants...thank you.

Technician John, ahowed up early, diagnoaed the problem and fixed it with no problem. Exhaust from hot water heater is now going through the flue correctly and out the chimney. Back to having hot water!

They were so friendly and amazing....my son and grandchildren had no heat...I was so upset..returned my call promptly and were so nice...didn't have the part...found the part...and had it installed in a couple of Days!!! Called with the estimate...and just all around great experience!!
