This business returned my call for service in a very timely manner. They called when they were going to be a half hour late and showed up when they said they would. Jonathon Becker was our tech and was very friendly and professional. We will definitely use Comfort Specialist for any future hvac needs.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Comfort Specialists may cost a bit more than other HVAC service companies but they are well worth it. When we have had problems with are system they have been quick to respond and fix the problem. They are always friendly, courteous, and professional.

We have been customers for 19 years, since the installation of a new HVAC system. We appreciate the preventative maintenance plan (spring air conditioner & fall furnace checks) to keep the system running well. Mark, Jonathan, and Mitch provide expertise and care for the equipment and are a pleasure to have in our home. (They even wear shoe covers inside the house!)

Mark did a wonderful job selecting and replacing my failed A/C system on the hottest day of the summer. The system started right up with no problems. I recommend their services.

Mark & John did a great job. I used Comfort Specialist because they were able to keep my 32 year old HVAC Trane system running in the past. They always worked quickly & got the job done in a timely manner & it wasn't too costly. Which is why I chose Comfort Specialist. Putting in a new HVAC SYSTEM IS NEVER CHEAP, but there pricing was competitive with the competition. I am very happy with the results.

Comfort Specialists has repaired our system for several years and our experience has always been positive. When it came time to replace our HVAC, they were the first company that we called. Mark met with us to review our options and develop a quote. He didn't try to "upsell" us on anything, but let us know our options - including how much of our current system we could reuse. We selected Comfort Specialists to install our new system and we couldn't be happier! They completed the entire installation in one day. They were extremely professional and took the care to protect our house as they brought in and installed our new system. Mark took the time to thoroughly review the operation of the thermostat, tell us how to get it hooked up online, and walked me thru the installed system, including how to find error codes should something go wrong. So far, we have been extremely happy with our system. The temperature in our house is much more even that it was with our old system.
