Couldn’t recommend them fast enough. Available almost immediately, friendly, diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. Mark and Mike were so nice!

Had problems with my AC and they showed up same day as my call even though it’s the busiest season of the year for them. Mike showed up and was able to identify the problem, however had issues getting access to my unit on the roof given I live in a condo building. He was more than accommodating and brought a team to help and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. Will be using them exclusively for my HVAC needs now based on this experience.

I had issue with cooling at my house in Chicago. I call my friend Eva and she recommended Global Heating & Cooling. She previously had good experience with their cooling services. I decided to give it a try. I called and schedule estimate (it's free with service charge above $150). Next day Global Heating & Cooling arrived at scheduled time. They explain me where is an issue (low levels of refrigerant). Since they left my AC is working like new.

Mike was so helpful in trying to resolve a leak in my HVAC duct work. He explained all of the potential issues and was open to returning if the issue continues. He made this entire crazy experience feel a little more manageable!

Able to make the service call within an hour of calling, and furnace was replaced next day. Really please with service and fair pricing!

Very knowledgeable and excellent communication. Some delays in service delivery time, but that was due to extreme heat. I used Global Heating & Cooling for multiple jobs -- moving a duct, installing a humidifier, and installing new registers. I will be calling again when my next HVAC need arises.

I want to put emphasis on professionalism. I had a 26 year old AC that died and a similarly old furnace that was on it's last leg. Ordered both, they installed the roof AC and furnace in a day and ran a new wire to my smart thermostat. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. When they were done everything was cleaned up. Called around to a few placed and pricing is all pretty standard in the area.

When out AC unit broke down, Global Heating & Cooling LLC was prompt to respond, answered all questions and gave us a very reasonable quote compared to other companies we reached out too. Final cost was the same as the quote we received. They came on time and replaced the AC unit fast.

The techs were knowledgeable efficient. Had a small issue with a loose wire after they had left, which happens to the best of us, but they came back around right away to correct.
