I've used Global since buying our condo. They're extremely organized and send out appointment confirmations and notices their technicians are headed our direction. I've also always been able to get a quick appointment, usually next day. It seems like they assign specific technicians to an address, since we've had the same person each time. Paul does a great job explaining what he's doing, how things are checking out, and what short and long-term suggestions he has for further maintenance. Billing is all digital, with e-mailed receipts and invoices. Global has done year checks on our A/C and furnace, and they replaced our water heater. I'll be calling them when we need to replace our aging furnace.

Great service, always on time, and takes time to answer all questions as they work! Kamil is great and even remembers things about your system from his last visit. Would recommend to anyone in Chicago needing HVAC maintenance or repair!

Paul and Kamil did a great job installing a new AC unit at our condo and took the time to answer all our questions along the way. They were very professional, worked efficiently, and delivered a quality product. I would definitely recommend Global for anyone who needs HVAC work done.

Our central air unit broke yesterday and I called a different company. The technician quoted me $4900 told me the compressor was dead and the whole thing needed to be replaced. I called Global for a second opinion -- so glad I did. Paul took one look ran to his truck grabbed a new capacitor and had the whole unit back online in 10 minutes. Great experience and would totally use these guys again. End up saving me $4500.

This company is great. I have used them multiple times and each time they were at my building within 12-24 hours repairing whatever needed to be done. Every time I work with Kamil who is always very responsive and takes the time to walk me through whatever needs to be done. Paul from Global did a seriously great job to quickly diagnose and address our A/C issues. He came by in the morning and quickly figured out what was wrong - said they needed to buy a new part - went out and was back within 2 hours to fix everything.

It's been miserably humid lately and Paul's work got us back to living in air conditioning.

They perform seasonal HVAC maintenance for us, but I’m extra grateful that they were able to repair our furnace within 24 hours of calling them when it stopped working in the middle of winter. Highly recommend Global Heating and Cooling.
