We requested that we were having issues with our HVAC and needed an advisor for what all was needed and implement it. What we got was someone who ridiculed us for not knowing what we should’ve been doing. He suggested that we might need a new system and we said okay. He didn’t follow up. We had significant issues less than one month later.

I was in an urgent need of a speedy repair on our old stove because we were having a party. I found Global heating & cooling online. Called a few hvac contractors from Chicago but only they were able to come to the house within a few hours from the call. They managed to fix the gas leak quickly and were extremely polite. Someone even called me the next day to make sure everything was working fine. I will definitely use them again should I need any appliance help. Totally recommended.

I was so impressed with everything about my service! I needed to have my thermostat replaced and I called in over the weekend. My call was returned within the hour and an appointment was scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Mark arrived at the very start of the service window, was friendly and kind throughout the process answering all of my questions, and had the whole project completed in less than thirty minutes.
