I woke up to a weird, smoky smell from my heater and called Global heating & cooling immediately. I was given an appointment quickly the same afternoon. Their technician arrived straight away and was totally knowledgeable, courteous and professional. It turned out the repair is not enough but he had a new motor and starter on his truck and after a full replacement I now have my heat back! They are competitive in pricing and I would use them again for sure. Highly recommended to anyone looking for hvac contractors in Chicago.

Global Heating and Cooling was the only company that came out on the same day when our furnace went out in middle of a severe cold weather wave and got it going... ended up needing to replace 25+ yr old furnace and hired Kamil's team to replace it which they did. Workmanship was top notch, as was all communications leading up to install. They gave a us a great price for a high efficiency Lennox furnace. Don't hesitate giving Global Heating and Cooling a call, glad i did!!!

Mike and Paul at Global Heating and Cooling has been taking care of us since 2018, when my wife and I first bought our place and immediately needed to replace our furnace and AC unit. The whole team at Global is professional, transparent and we will continue to look to them when we need their services in the future.

Mike arrived early, diagnosed the problem with my furnace quickly, and was able to source the problematic part (circuit board) locally for a fast resolution. He was an absolute professional in his problem solving and communication. Very refreshing experience- especially in a crowded Chicagoland market where expertise over sales pitches should be valued! Highly recommended to help diagnose and fix your HVAC issues.

Paul is a great and honest guy. Very knowledgeable
about the HVAC systems that my house has.

I was very impressed with all aspects of this hvac service. From the polite woman who answered my first call and her ability to set up an appointment quickly to the technician who came out and found the source of a strange, loud noise the furnace made when it heated. The part of the motor was cracked open but the guy found a new motor, and got it installed the same day for a reasonable price. If not for this we might have been without heating very soon! Thank you, Global heating!!

Kamil responded quickly to a failed AC on a hot day.. identified and fixed the problem fast... educated the owner and gave better information & maintenance tips than any other company. Quite reasonable pricing too. Thanks!!

Global came out and services my unit and they were very professional and respectful. I called and they provided me with same day service .
Most what I like is that they fix and explained what was wrong with the unit.
