I called Mike about the furnace not working around 5:00 pm on a Friday. He contacted my tenants and made arrangements with them to schedule the repairs the next day. The repair was completed on Saturday as promised. I highly recommend Global Heating & Cooling. I've had very satisfactory experiences with them.

I highly recommend this company for many reasons, Slawek and Mike showed up almost what felt like momentarily after i called the company after my furnace gave out in the middle of the night. They were professional, and explained the problem and fixed it right away while being super clean. 5 stars I highly recommend!

This place is the best. They fixed my tankless water heater issue super quickly and for a fraction of what anyone else quoted. They are nice, professional, honest and great at what they do. Mark was amazing and I will call them if I ever have a plumbing issue again. They are really 5 star.

Global Heating & Cooling is a great service provider and we recommend them very highly. They are responsive, accommodating with scheduling (on short notice!), and they do a great job. I was taken for a ride by someone who used to take care of my furnaces, not anymore. I cut my loses, and called these guys. In the end I did need a new furnace and they did install it properly on a very short notice.

What's also impressive is they use technology to automate communication and appointments, you get texts when they are on the way, get emails with invoices and a way to pay on-line. Well done, you just gained a new long term customer.

Mike was great! My AC broke overnight and I called around 6:30-7am and he was at my condo before 10 am to fix it, on a Sunday and Fathers Day no less! He was very helpful and accommodating. The service fee to come out was very reasonable compared to others. He was able to fix it right away! So thankful for the fast timing. Would definitely recommend to anyone and saved the number to call for any future needs.
