Nobody likes it when our appliances break. Specially your AC on one of the hottest days and a Saturday as well. Mike and his crew came out to assess the situation and talked my husband and I through the diagnoses. We ended up having to replace our whole unit. The only difficult part was they couldn't come back till Tuesday, but that was not their fault. They arrived when they said (8am on Tuesday) and within a few hours we were up and running. I am so thankful for their expertise and fast service. Will definitely be having them back out to do the yearly maintenance. THANK YOU!!!!

Our 22 year old air conditioner went out on a Friday afternoon with temperatures in the 90's, forecast to continue for the rest of the weekend. We called Global since they were in the neighborhood and had good reviews. They were here within an hour, diagnosed the problem, and had the furnace/blower motor and air conditioner units replaced with new Lennox units within 24 hours from the time of our initial call, so that we had comfortable indoor temperatures by Saturday afternoon. Mike and the technicians who worked on the installation were professional, courteous, and worked efficiently. The old units were removed promptly, and the work area was left cleaner than when they started. We would not hesitate recommending them.
