Mark came out the day after I called. He explained that we needed a new central air conditioner and why, (it was 29 years old) My husband and I were very pleased with his knowledge and experience! They gave us a very reasonable price and installed the unit the next day!! The team that came out and did the installation were very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. I never rate anyone a 5 star, but this team certainly deserves it. I highly recommend Global Heating and cooling. The best!!

Paul was great, super friendly, explained everything clearly and was really helpful. On time also. Would definitely recommend and use again! Great experience!

I am not sure how this place has 4.9 rating. I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to bc it was a particularly bad experience. The tech was supposed to arrive between 8-9am and came at 10:45am. He arrives and spends no more than 10 minutes poking around the AC unit and diagnoses that it needs a new fan motor. I asked him how he knows it's not the Freon or the capacitor and he couldn't give me an explanation and kept talking about the fan motor. He then calls his office and they can't get me a quote until Monday (It is Friday and 90 degrees outside) but the part "could be $450-$850". He then told me using another company would be useless because "all the vendors are closed by noon today". I asked about company policy for warranty on labor and parts and he had no idea and had to call his higher ups. Since $450-850 is a lot of money I called a different company for another quote.

I called 4 Seasons Heating and Cooling. I needed this AC fixed stat bc my dog was suffering in this heat. I got a guy out here a few hours later same day and he performed tests and diagnosed it was the CAPACITOR. Replaced it and cleaned my unit and stayed an extra 15 minutes and took readings to make sure things were up and running well. I am SO GLAD i got a second opinion. It saved me hundreds and a headache.

I am not sure if this tech is representative of the company but I will not be using Global Heating and Cooling, LLC for my HVAC needs in the future. The diagnosis was wrong and if I stuck w this company it would have proved to be an expensive headache.

Update: I was called eventually and they stated that since there was a misdiagnosis I would not be charged $95 for a consultation fee.

Mike helped me out with a broken furnace and he was great! Took care of the unit right away. Very fair price. I’ll absolutely recommend them!

Mike was great. Our thermostat went out overnight and it was so hot in the house. Called at 7:30am and he was there by 8:15. Turns out our thermostat was toast so he made a temporary fix to the wiring to bypass the thermostat and get our AC started again. Recommended that we get a new thermostat. He told us he could install it himself, but that it was easy to DIY and that we'd save money that way. I purchased a Nest later that day, and he even helped support me via text as I was installing it. All-in-all, I highly recommend

Guys are great and professional, Worked with me on my schedule and identified the problem and fixed it right away. Would always choose the company if My unit ever has problem again.

I dont even write reviews often but I have to S/O Paul. He was very attentive and walked me through the process with professionalism. I will be requesting him for future service as well.

Our a/c went out on hot August day, and Global made it to my place on the same day to diagnose the issue. We ended up needing a new condenser which they installed first thing the next morning. At all times they were polite, punctual, and professional. Global is my new go to for all HVAC work.

I was constantly having issues with my furnace and i saw this company working at one of my neighbors house, I decided to give them a call and was impressed on how quick they were, the gentleman that happened to be working on my neighbors house was the same one who showed up. Paul was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. Im not an expert at these things so paul took the time to explain to me detail by detail on how everything works and how often maintenance should be done. I will continue to use this company for further repairs/maintenance and I HIGHLY recommend them to friends and family! Thank you!
