I cannot say enough about my experience. I heard that they were professional and punctual on NextDoor so decided to give them a call. They were out within 2 hours despite mentioning that it was a busy day. They were extremely helpful, courteous, and efficient and I could tell they knew what they were talking about. I had the pleasure of working with both Mike and Paul and would not hesitate to use them and to recommend them in the future. Side note: they both wore masks which made me feel safe having people in my home during the pandemic.

Durning the recent heat my A.C completely went out on me.Not only was the service guy quick he got to fixing and got the job done.Sławek was knowledgeable and kind enough to explain to me what happened in terms I would understand. HUGE thank you to Global Heating & Cooling for training their workers on safety with COVID-19.Super service.

Paul came out same day I called, and explained my options clearly. Came back the next morning and installed a replacement AC unit. Friendly and professional work.

Owning a business in Wicker Park for over 12 years I have tried many other HVAC repair and maintenance. I rate Global Heating as the best to work with. They always respond and come when they say they will. They are always straight forward with the issues and give you options. I have never felt over charged. Definitely give these guys a call the next time you need maintenance.

This is the very best, most knowledgeable and highest quality group of any heating and cooling group I have worked with in Chicago in the last 15 years of owning multiple properties. They clearly communicate the scope of work. They completed many of the jobs I needed done on time and at a fair price. They also responded quickly when the heated floors went out and had the fix repaired at no extra charge. I definitely recommend Global for anything you need done for heating and cooling.

Our heat went out on a Friday night and the original furnace company didn’t answer. We scrambled and found global heating and cooling and could not have been more impressed! Mark and mike arrived within the hour of calling on a Friday night and let us know what the problem was right away. They gave us several options on how to fix it and we ultimately chose to replace the furnace. The next morning they were replacing our furnace at 8am! Paul was knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything that he was doing and provided us with an excellent experience. We are so happy that we worked with global heating and cooling!
