Last company misdiagnosed my issue and charged me $800 for parts that hadn't failed. I self diagnosed and Global agreed with my diagnosis. They changed the part and I finally have a fully functional furnace again! Honest work for a fair price.

Mike was extremely responsive, quick to service, and did not put any pressure on me to make decision based on his proposal. He answered all questions thoroughly/promptly and provided recommendations to maintain and service my new furnace. Maybe these guys are good with typical AC units, but I would not recommend them if you have a mini-split! I was having an issue with a mini-split unit and requested someone come out and take a look. I understand early October is a busy time, but it was extremely difficult to even get a hold of them, and they did not return any voice messages left. However because of all the positive reviews I wanted a quote from them before I proceeded and after 3 days of calling was able to schedule an appointment. I will say, once the appointment was scheduled they provided text updates confirming times which was nice. The actual service call was a joke however, the guy came out spent about 15 minutes setting up but there was an issue with the unit remote control so he could not proceed. I asked if it was possible to fix and he said I would need to do everything by calling LG directly and getting a new remote specific to the system serial number (spoilers, this was a lie, the remotes work exactly like programing your TV remote) . After doing nothing except showing up, he informed me there was a $120 charge just to come out, which was not disclosed to me before booking, despite the fact that he did nothing. I asked if at the very least he could give me a quote for a new system install, which he promised I would get by the end of the day. No quote was ever given. I tried calling but it again went to their voicemail and at that point I was done and just moved on to another company.

Edit in reply to the owners response: despite what they said in their response, they never sent a quote. The only email I ever revived was the receipt for the 120 I paid, and some "let us know how we did" emails. Additionally definitely did not call the service tech when I tried to follow up, I called the main number here on google.

We needed a whole new AC system quickly in the apartment we have tenants in. Of course this happened during the recent heat wave so time was of the essence. I called at like 10/11pm on Tuesday night and Yola patiently walked me through a troubleshoot that I could do myself (no charge). She told me to call back the next day if it didn’t work. Well, unfortunately for me it did not, but they were able to send someone out that day despite the busy schedule of the heat wave. I’m less than 48 hours of having the issue start, we had a brand new system that works better than our own! Great job guys. Thank you!!

The best. These guys spent literally all day making sure our HVAC system was properly installed and working. We live in a unique Chicago property that requires installation on the roof, and these guys went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I have a ton of confidence in this company and am very happy we chose them for our hvac needs.
