Our furnace was not working during the frigid cold- we contacted Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor and within minutes we had a response and appointment scheduled for them to come out in a few hours. Everything was dealt with professionally and in a VERY timely manner. They have a system that texts you in real time to inform you of your appointment, when the technician is in route, etc. Angel came to our house and was very polite and explained things in a way that we were able to understand. He made knowledgeable suggestions that allowed us to make informed decisions. If any other work is ever required, we will be giving them our business again!

Joshua and Paul were very professional and showed up on time. Josh walked me through my entire inspection and answered all the questions I had for him. Customer service has also been excellent, which is a huge plus! Prices are fair, and I highly suggest using this company for any heating or HVAC needs.

They were able to replace my water heater which was stored under a tiny space in my kitchen. They were one of the only firms to not require removing the countertop for replacement. Both workers were friendly, clean and respectful. They did quality work and I would recommend them to anyone else needing a water heater replacement.

From the beginning when Chicago HVAC Repair Dr came to my place, Joshua was the consummate professional......kind, respectful, and explained things to me in a way I could understand. When installing the unit the next day he brought his team of 3. Raphael, Joshua and Eric were a team in unison.....it was if they could read one anothers' minds. While paying for a new air conditioning unit is never a pleasant experience, I have to say, Joshua and his guys made it as soft a landing as anyone could expect.
I would not hesitate for a minute in recommending this company, and I don't take recommendations lightly!

The whole experience was a breeze no pun intended. The booking was easy & received a follow up call to confirm. Day of I received a courtesy call from Rafael that he was on the way. My ac maintenance visit did not turn out good news as my 15 year old unit was low on freon. Instead of putting more freon I opted to replace the unit. Day of the install I received a notification the crew was on the way. The install went quickly & I was enjoying my ac again in no time. Thank you to everyone from the office to the technicians! I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I have hired Rafael several times for furnace repair, installation, and a/c tune up. He is very honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and always has a positive attitude. What impressed me the most is his customer service - he takes ownership of the work and stands by his word. If something unexpected happens, he won’t just take the money and walk away. If he says he’ll come back to fix it, he will - maybe several days late, but eventually he will show up and bring closure. I highly recommend him and wish his company the best.

After reading some reviews of HVAC Repair Doctor, inc I decided to have them service my condos furnace. Justin showed up on time and found the issue right away. He was in constant contact with me via phone and even sent me pictures of the parts he replaced. I believed their quote was a little high but after discussing the issue with management they worked with me on the price and I feel we all resolved the issue happily. This is a tenant occupied unit so I needed the job done fast and professionally at reasonable price the first time and HVAC Repair Dr, inc most definitely delivered. I would recommend and use again!

I put in a maintenance request on my furnace and they set up an appointment for me, for the next day. Josh and Ivan came - they did a great job explaining what they were doing and shared a few good tips with me. Very professional, fast and friendly. I'll definitely request these guys again.

Unfortunately my heater stopped working in the middle of the night on a Sunday when it was -6 outside. Thankfully this company has a 24 hour answering service and they actually answered immediately! Within two hours I had help at home. I had the pleasure of having Erick come diagnose the issue- my Nest requiring some wiring fix, which he was able to provide. He was professional and courteous and able to fix the problem. Did a great job for an emergency furnace repair.
