I used this company a year ago in November to service my 2 year old HVAC system. I paid them and they went on their way. This summer, I called them to service my AC and they said it would be a month to come out and see me. I replied, “Thats unacceptable. No one is that busy.”However, I thought I would give them another try because the heating system isn’t working again. They were out last year, they know the system, etc. When I called, they asked if my heat is out I said yes, then they replied, “we will get to that right away.”They put you on hold and come back and say “ It will be (3) weeks until we can have somebody there.”
I am to be without heat for (3) weeks?!? I never heard of such terrible service. No Dr. Call coming here.

These guys are the absolute best! I purchased a condo in downtown Chicago and my HVAC unit died in November of my first year living there. I received quotes from 6 different vendors in the area HVAC Repair Doctor's were an absolute joy to work with - I've use them and only them over the past 7 years for this reason. They come out annually to check on my unit every Fall to make sure I'm all set.

Every call to their admin team (Priscilla C. & Maria G.), every visit - I was met with pragmatic honesty and support. It was like speaking to a neighbor that was more knowledgeable than me; I never felt like they were selling or that I was stop #6 of 50 in their busy day. They were always patient, knowledgeable, resourceful and fair.

I like to do a lot of research on equipment and maintenance and they always supported me with their feedback, regardless of whether or not the outcome was going to be a larger or smaller service revenue for them.

Alan G. is the tech that has been coming out to conduct maintenance and routine repairs on my unit, and he's been so awesome that I passed him on to nearly a dozen other unit owners in my building.

when testing my furnace I noticed the fuse on the motherboard kept shorting. Was able to get Erick C to my condo same day to rewire the HVAC/humidifier. Charged a reasonable amount and no issues since! Highly recommended

I called in the morning and they were able to get a technician out in the afternoon. Alan was very polite and informative to the problems I was having. I’ll use them again and will recommend to anyone.

Furnace went out in our rental unit. Called them and they came out the same day. Unlike some other companies, technician was professional and polite and said it was just a maintenance issue. Got it fixed right away. This family owned business is the real deal and I would take them over any of the bigger companies.

From the beginning I was very satisfied with our experience. I was able to call, get a quote (while other companies did not return our calls or were less than transparent). Scheduling was very easy, and we received a reminder the day before. On the day of, Alan came out to service and clean my boiler. He and the crew called in advance and showed up on time. He walked me through the initial inspection, pointed out potential concerns, and detailed the work to be done. In addition, he was able to answer my questions about our radiators and how to do proper in home maintenance on them. The work was completed efficiently and to our satisfaction. I can’t recommend this service enough.
