Alan has performed maintenance and service calls for our house and is always very professional and knowledgeable. I always learn something from him and he’s very upfront about what he’s doing and what is happening. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Contacted HVAC doctors after having issues with our furnace. They were very professional and discussed all options for repair or replacement. We are using them to replace our system.

Our AC was not cooling very well and recently it started to make high pitch noise. We called Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor and Rafael responded quickly. He visited us the first day and the second day he got the parts and came to do the repair. He replaced the motor and replenished the refrigerant. The AC is running smoothly now and it cools very well! Rafael is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He explains things clearly and he really cares customers. I highly recommend him.

Utilized their services a couple of times. Initially during the summer when my AC compressor malfunctioned and recently for furnace maintenance. Both technicians were highly professional and knowledgeable, explaining what they were doing and providing suggestions. Price was reasonable and affordable.

Technician came exactly when he said (which is always a good start) and gave specific and honest feedback on the condition of our equipment, without any pressure to do or buy something right on the spot.

Just had Alan come out for routine maintenance. As always Chicago HVAC is professional and takes the time to explain what is being done. Alan asked if I had any concerns or questions. I never feel like a rush job they are great! The systems they have in place work well for me…e-mail and text reminders etc. the office staff is always very good to talk to and respond quickly. Other family members utilize Chicago HVAC and we can’t stop raving about them.

2023 update: Christian provided the annual maintenance on my AC unit and arrived on time and got the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this business.

It is -5 degrees and the heat goes out! The only company that could send someone out that evening! Truly a life saver. There was an emergency fee, but all would charge that. Professional service to get it running again. No new parts needed, just some fine tuning to an aging unit in extreme cold. Fantastic service.

I don't normally do reviews but I used this company this week and the service was great. Justin was our rep and although I got delayed with a medical procedure in the family, he was very flexible and waited until we arrived ~15-20 minutes late to the time to service our HVAC. The repair was quick and easy and Justin went above and beyond to teach me a few common issues with my particular HVAC and how to solve them so I could fix minor issues myself going forward. Really appreciate how quick and flexible this team was to get our heat fixed ASAP when it went out!
