The team at Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor was amazing. We scheduled our yearly check with them and quickly found an issue with our our furnace (it wouldn’t turn on). They sent out a senior repair/install guy to take a closer look (they did not charge me for the first visit). He was able to band aid the furnace, and said it wouldn’t last long. While we were debating fixing vs new install, the furnace started acting up again (2 days after). We decided to just a get a new furnace. With our furnace not working on a cooler day, we were worried it might take a week or so to get someone in. We were wrong.. we had someone installing the new furnace within 4 hours of calling in! The team at the office was extremely friendly, and Rafael and his team were amazing (even let the puppy say hello a few times!).

With a headache of a situation, they made it an extremely easy and hassle free experience.

They were able to set up a same-day appointment for me, and the technician was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would go to them again.

I've used Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor for several years. They are always timely, professional, reasonably priced and I love that it's a family business and the same guy comes to service our HVAC twice a year!

The AC went out in the condo and Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor came out within couple of days to identify the issue and replaced the unit the same day. They were very professional, courteous and efficient. They keep good records once they work on your house so they were already familiar with the issues. These guys are definitely keepers. We'll absolutely go to them again.

We asked for annual HVAC maintenance plus addressing some issues that have been going on. They came on time (a bit earlier than scheduled actually) and were very professional and thorough. They were able to explain exactly what was going on. I feel that the pricing was fair and am overall very happy with the service.

Have used Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor twice for annual maintenance (once for A/C, once for furnace) and have enjoyed both experiences. Their technicians are very informative and are willing to answer your questions. They recommended some services/repairs, but absolutely no pressure applied. Never once felt like they were trying to upswell me. Will continue to use them going forward and definitely recommend them.

Chicago HVAC Repair did a great job with our furnace repair. The technician, Eric, was warm, friendly, and knew his stuff. We were very reassured that all the technicians are vaccinated and masked, which helped us to feel very comfortable with the service. An excellent experience. Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service. We had an emergency and they came out very quickly. I think we were right outside of their perimeter but because it was cold and our heating went out they sent someone to fix the issue. Alan was our technician. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and very straight forward with the issue. I really recommend this company and look forward to working with them in the future.

Erick and team were awesome today. Very polite, timely and efficient. We were able to schedule the appointment easily with quick response to our email inquiry. The office team (Erica) clearly took good notes from our previous service call and made sure the entry instructions were relayed to our tech from months ago. I highly recommend HVAC Repair Doctors! I've been pleased with everyone I've encountered. I'm glad they are living up to the initial reviews that lead us to selecting them for our Tankless and Energy efficient conversion in the first place.

Super super amazing team! If you want to have a home with everything running good, this is the one you MUST stay with! They are super professional and reliable, working efficient, response quickly, call them right the way whenever you need.
I scheduled a regular maintenance on Friday and the guy was really responsive and knowledgeable, answered my questions patiently, then on Sunday morning, the furnace suddenly stop working and no air flow came through, I was really nervous as it was frozen at home and not sure if any one would be working on Sunday, I made a call and there is an emergency line, I left a message and got the call back in 15 mins, and they sent a technician, Alan Garcia, in 30 mins, which really saved my life in a frozen winter morning! Alan found the problem quickly and fixed in 20 mins, super efficient and reliable! He is AWESOME!!
