We are new homeowners navigating an AC outage during the hottest week yet. We only had to wait 48 hours for a technician to be on-site. Our technician, Alan, was great. He was kind, efficient, and most importantly took the time to explain what he was doing, what needed repair, and went above and beyond his service ask by educating us about our specific system. He provided his personal recommendations for filters and humidifier pads and helped me locate them via Amazon. He also helped me think about maintenance. He didn’t try to sell us on anything so much as educate and I’m leaving feeling confident I can tackle our HVAC needs rather than pushing them to my husbands plate. In the end our repair was as simple as a new piece of equipment from our smart home service, but Alan bypassed our broken thermostat in the interim to make sure we had AC while we are waiting for a replacement thermostat. We are grateful and will be repeat customers.

Gerardo was able to come out the morning after I scheduled, and made time to both troubleshoot my problem and performed (previously unscheduled) maintenance on two heating units. He was super helpful and stayed around to answer a host of questions.

The maintenance visit showed a couple of needs, but there was no pressure or scare tactics to oversell it like many companies who see an older unit try. They replaced my heat pump split. The installation crew was efficient, engaging, and helpful. The office staff communicated well. I appreciated their response times throughout the process. It was not cheap, but I feel like I got good value for my money. Would absolutely recommend.
