Excellent customer service and overall experience - they saved the day! A different company was a no-show, and I called Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor in a little bit of a panic, because it was so hot and I didn't have any vacation time left to schedule an appointment for another day. My telephone call was answered by a real person, and she was able to schedule an appointment the same day. I received updates on the my appointment via text and Rafael showed up right on time. He was fantastic: very friendly, quick, and super informative. It was interesting to learn a little bit more about my AC unit and how to take care of it (I'm a new home owner, so this was very helpful for me). Payment was as explained, no surprises. I highly recommend Chicago Hvac Repair Doctor! They are very professional, fast and responsive. They care their customers very much. It is an apartment in a high rise building in the city, and one of the ACs leaked into the apartment below us. Rafael not only replaced the broken AC but also did maintenance to other ACs in our apartment. Our building management team are usually very picky about outside contractors, but they appreciated Chicago Hvac Repair Doctor very much. Apparently, they are a very professional company who carries huge amount of insurance to satisfy our building management office. I am really glad to have them to take care of our HAVC systems.

My great customer service started when I called Priscilla to get information on areas Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor serviced because my furnance started blowing cool air. I did not make an appointment at that moment.However, I did call back within an hour and Erika stated the information verbatim. At the moment, I knew this was an honest and organized business.I was to late for sameday service so Ericka scheduled a techician to arrive between 8am -12pm next day. Immediately, after we hung up I received a text confirming my appointment window ,which included the technicians names.I received a call top of the morning from Alan to let me know they were en route. Alan and Justin were a Dynamic Duo,who arrived promptly to service my furnance .Their level of professionalism ,engagment and detail is unmatched. Thanks for the awesome service! Totally appreciative of the time they took to not only assess but educate me about the furnance issue. We reviewed an itemizied service estimate prior to repair and they communicated their diagnostics. It’s been a great experience with Chicago HVAC repair doctor. They’ve installed and maintained my heater, whole home humidifier and tankless water heater. I’m very happy with their work and professionalism. I definitely recommend them.

Wow what a difference a professional HVAC company can make. I have very bad experience with the last HVAC company I worked with. It was an emergency and I looked for the closest business to me. They really messed up the work left it unfinished and were extremely rude to me.
These guys came in on time were clean, installed a brand new AC, Coil and Humidifier. They even fixed a lot of the mistakes the last company made on the furnace install without it being in their scope. This is an indication of someone who takes pride in what they do and can’t leave the customer with a badly installed System.
The entire experience from the quotation to scheduling and install was extremely pleasant and progressional. I will exclusively use these guys on my properties and will definitely recommend them to others.

Highly recommend Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor, Inc. I recently moved into a condo, and had AC maintenance done. The Chicago HVAC Doctor team was incredibly responsive from the first scheduling call. They provided text updates the morning of the scheduled maintenance, and took the time to walk me through every step of their process. I will be calling them again in the fall for furnace maintenance!
