Browns Heating & Cooling

Not my first time using Browns heating & A/C the first time they saved me over $6,000 on a AC unit verses another company. So I called this time to have my hot water heating system checked before winter! The tech called first to confirm the address then informed me of the time his GPS said he would be at my door. He arrived at set time and was very knowledgeable ( I do control systems for a living) and very thorough. Also he took all the information about my system and that documentation is sent back to you on your receipt. So my family knows if we have an emergency Browns heating & A/C has us covered and ready!!!

Browns literally saved the day. My furnace completely shut down during one of the coldest nights of winter. I contacted Browns for an emergency consultation and received a swift response for an early morning appointment. Customer service asked insightful questions and evaluated the situation by phone, seemingly knowing the issue without being physically present. The technician called ahead of time and arrived during the allotted timeframe. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to locate the issue immediately. There was no need to order parts and return for service as he arrived prepared, with all of the required items. The service was completed in roughly 30 minutes and has been working properly since the installation. I would highly recommend Browns for any HVAC services. The furnace in one of my units was acting up. It would turn on for a few seconds and then go off again, over and over. So, I looked on Yelp to find a HVAC technician. I saw that Browns was pretty close by, and had good reviews, so I gave them a call. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. Upon arrival, Rammod was very friendly. He quickly determined that the furnace sensor just needed to be cleaned. It all took less than 20 mins to fix. Thanks for the quick service.

This was first contractor to respond to my request for emergency repair to install a new thermostat on a Saturday afternoon, at my 93 year old father’s home. Ramod came out first thing Sunday morning and discovered a wiring problem which he quickly repaired. He charged the originally quoted price for the thermostat installation. He was friendly, professional, and was very understanding of the need for the urgency of the service due to the recent change in weather and my father’s need for warmth at his advanced age. Wonderful experience. Our AC went out this year. Air was blowing, but it wasn't cold. Brown's had a technician out to our home quickly. The technician was awesome - he even arrived early! Of course he wore a mask and was very respectful of our home. We were told that we would need either this or that (sorry, I know nothing about ACs and didn't know what he was talking about). The technician told us he would try the first part, and if it didn't work, would try a second. He even had the parts in his truck! The first part worked. Within 30 minutes our AC unit was completely fixed and has worked like new! The technician even explained to me how my unit was doing, what to expect in the next couple years, and what kind of unit I should get in the future. The work has a year warranty - meaning if our AC goes out within a year, the company will apply what we paid ($230) towards a new unit. We love Browns and highly recommend them!
