I love this company. I’ve had them out a few times. Once when my furnace blew in my new home. They replaced it the next day. Next they fixed my ac not connecting to my ecobee and this last time they installed a whole home humidifier.

From the moment I contacted Brown’s Heating and Cooling, everything was handled quickly and professionally. They came out the same day, during a heat wave, and repaired one of my central AC units. (Other companies were giving me a month out to see about a repair). While here I Inquired about replacement of my second AC unit. Before they left I had a proposal with different choices. Enjoli was so patient with my many questions always getting back to me quickly. The installation took place a week later and everyone involved was friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this company highly enough! I will use this company from now on!

The service on my AC install was great. The office staff was very responsive, professional, and helpful. My technician Mike was very thorough and knowledgeable and did a great job. He was very patient and kept me informed and also advised me on getting regular maintenance. I would highly recommend this company.

This is such a trust-worthy company. They are so so knowledgeable about the heating and cooling. They did an excellent job repairing my air conditioner problem. Their repair person (Mike) was so prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and got the job done beautifully. There will be no other company that I will call in the future for my heating and cooling systems. I have been using Brown's Heating & Cooling for at least 3 years now. They are OUTSTANDING and EXCELLENT!! I have never felt more comfortable with technicians who are TIMELY, courteous, respectful and KNOWLEDGEABLE. They explain everything, they don't rush you. I placed a service call over the weekend, and they arrived on Monday morning at 10:00. SERVICE IS FANTASTIC. Both Ramod and Rashad came on-site and worked back and forth from the roof and my unit. They replaced a part on the roof, replaced a tube to my humidifier and added the cooling agent to my AC. In addition, they spoke with two of my neighbors, and as a result of that, they picked up TWO NEW CUSTOMERS. This business is a BLACK-OWNED BUSINESS, and everything about them is FIRST CLASS. I highly recommend them to everyone and I am continually appreciate of their quality service and their professionalism.

The fan in my A/C system stopped spinning overnight & I reached out to Brown’s Heating & Cooling the very next morning and was able to get an appointment. The quick & efficient service was amazing. I'm grateful for quick service on Christmas Eve. Ramod was friendly, helpful and efficient. I understand the extra charge for holiday services but the charges for the work seemed extreme.
